I've been told LVP can't be installed over an existing option because it would void the warranty on the materials. Is that common across manufacturers? What do you think about installing on plywood subfloors vs existing flooring like floating LVP?
At the health club I go to they apparently in the past painted the tile walls in the showers. It’s generally holding up very well but has peeled off in some small sections. I’m guessing that perhaps those areas were not thoroughly prepped. Were it not for the small peeled areas you would not know that the tile had been painted.
