So, I will have to try out this recipe at home. It looks delicious.

In the U.K. it has a massive influence as people are fed up of listening to stories like the stuff don’t wash their hands after doing the rubbish and giving out food without gloves. I can’t speak for Australia but I respect so much the way you dealing with food. Teaching young children about different seasonal ingredients and how to cook. Kudos for your government. Nice change. The UK has become too woke. I used to live there, and it never used to be like what it is like today. Basic hygiene like washing your hands when dealing with rubbish or raw meat or soil is plain commonsense. No one needs to tell someone to do that. I taught my kids that when they were able to eat on their own.

I work at Nandos and The basting we favour the chickens with on the grill is not the sauce we sell or have for free at the restaurant. Also Nandos is a casual restaurant like Grill'd but we are just trained to be really fast so people think Nandos is fast food

I had tried both Peri Peri and the Lemon Herb at their Richmond branch before and I can say I like the later one better. Maybe next time, you can show us how to prepare the Lemon Herb Erwan. Thank you.
Something that i noticed when i see Nando finish grilling the half-cooked chicken before they add the Peri-Peri Sauce is that it seems like it had a traces of buttermilk flavor when i eat it. So I usually add buttermilk or peppercorn ranch or caesar/bacon or greek/feta salad dressing and then mixed with Nando's medium Peri-Peri sauce. I usually get the extra large bottle of Nando's Medium Peri-Peri sauce from Costco. Like in the restaurant, i'd char the chicken's surface first on a grill and then put it at the side of on low heat part of the bbq or bake it in the oven. Then when serving, i'd put Nando's sauce again and just do a final char broil. As for the rice, i'd use my favorite salsa&Nando Sauce with chicken stock and mix it with par-cooked rice(similar to rice&orzo pilaf cooking). The AirFryer works the same but i had to make sure the bottom is cooked too before adding the extra sauce on top and finish char broiling it. Also u need at least a day to marinate so that it's moist, tender&flavorful. U can never go wrong with mixing it with Caesar/Bacon salad dressing if u like that bacon taste on the chicken.
I worked at Nandos Australia in the kitchen for sometimes. I was always smelt like chicken after worked haha Tips. Nandos restaurant marinated the raw chicken for long time with the orange sauce before we grilled. So basically we open the marinated raw chicken, stretched the chicken into very wide then grill it Ps your grilling way is so luxurious with the onion and herbs underneath. Nandos never do that.
