Mayfair and St Johns Wood are a little special but if you want the best of the best it has to be Kensington Palace Gardens...this one wouldn't even be a garden shed in the grounds of one of those! Real estate prices in Central London area happen to be exorbitant, very similar to Mumbai, New York or Tokyo. The 70 million pounds price has more to do with the land value of the area, than to do with the actual house. A similar house would be worth just 15 to 20 million in America.

The Porsche plant in Stuttgurt has the same kind of matchbox style car storage but it's much bigger, probably holds 50 different cars. Then they will select one of the 50 cars and it will come to you and from there they start testing it out and getting it ready. When I was there they were working on a Porsche going to Japan. Steering wheel was on the right and everything was in Japanese (obviously lol). Was pretty fuckin sick though not gonna lie.

I don't know a much about London or about it's land worth or anything, but from anyone ( or people) pov no one gonna pay 100 million for 25,000 sq.ft, and if you, u can buy in Canada, Calabasas, or Texas etc coz they provide way more than that with great location..
