At least in an LA duplex you're not surrounded by effete arseholes with a misplaced sense of superiority and entitlement to what belongs to other people. Colonialists are scum.

Yes Josh Finally been waiting for this episode for weeks another awesome video. PS who is the better closer You or Daniel Daggers 🤔 and which market is more dominant London Market here or the Los Angeles market, which market offers the ultra luxury properties?
Looking very nice traveling to London, England.. Did you fly on British Airways and have at least First Class on them......Enjoy London because it is nice there....
The indoor design and amenities are truly awesome! But, I’m not sure if it has any great views from any of the windows Also, I’m not sure if actually has any garage For the price tag I’d expect both even in Mayfair! And privacy might be an issue due to its low profile
2:25 He may look the part, act the part, hold the phone like you do but ahhh, he's missing that "it" factor when it comes to talking real estate. No disrespect, not putting anybody down... just sayin. You know what I'm talkin about, right Josh? Yea, ok.... just thought I'd throw that out there. BTW, the editing in your vlogs is top notch!!!
Sour grapes since I live in a little flat in Manchester with my regular job, but I can't imagine the headaches that maintenance of a place like this would present. Do you need to hire a company to handle the maintenance? The lift breaks down with you in it. Who's there to help? The pool won't heat. How long before a guy can fix it? I can't imagine having the kind of money to buy a place like this, but also I can't imagine it being a home. Somebody is compensating by living in a place like this.
In a house like this you will have 1 full time butler/housekeeper living in. They would manage the day to day running and servicing and dealing with contractors.
I'm thinking London is more overpriced than New York. I'm expecting to be underwhelmed. Things will be half sized as is the style of the island nation.
@obrbob194 I just said things are smaller on an island. The expense as you said comes from the high density of high income people in the financial fields. You can get more square footage for a smaller price in New York. It was a compliment. Though politically with your bans on free speech and guns in the UK, you have become backward. If I was in the UK I could have you arrested for being offensive, right? LOL!
Virgo Productions the more you post the more you showing what a fucking ignorant Septic you are. You are the reason we have such low opinions of your loud, brash ways.
If you want to see London madness at its most insane research the smallest Knightsbridge apartment, basically a broom cupboard, that sold in the nineties, I think, at the top of one of our bubbles. We now market the appeal of affordability in London with apartments barely the size of a garage, 15ft x 10ft. Sadly the bubble explodes leaving younger buyers in massive negative equity. The dust settles and we do it all again. We're as mad as hatters, a British term referring to hat makers licking the lead used to finish the hats in their trade centuries ago. In reality we have a dearth of available land and developers hold onto land banks till house prices bubble and profits explode through developing it. We are totally bonkers but keep playing the game. I guess our whole country is like New York where space is so limited and red tape holds it at bay.
@@brynleytalbot778 Thanks for the Mad Hatter fact! Very cool. It's a great place, it's just the kid hypes it up too much. I know there's a lotta wealth in London's trading community, for sure.

Just like rich people are so annoying too when they bragging about what they paid for certain things in the property and how they don’t need the money so they don’t want to wast the property...
Dear Cam, Please could you build a Black Taj Mahal, so that the husband of the White Taj Mahal’s dreams finally come true? Thank you! Thank you, 20,000 Persians, for the 16 years that it took to build the Taj Mahal.
You bros are great, forget property selling you should make a movie 🎥 😉, I love the difference in accent but look so identical, id like to know more about you!!! I write ✍ scripts.
The more expensive the home the more they make regardless. So think about you paying an extra 450k for a fee to another person. That's alot to anyone. So 2% would be double that. Thats almost 1mil for a service.
Welcome to London insanity. In the U.K. property bubbles begin and end there. When London catches a cold we all see it and feel it. Investors in Buy To Let in London drive prices to such high levels that new BTL entrants ripple up the country spreading price increases as far as Leeds and Manchester. We even have a totally separate property system in Scotland where bids are entered, legally binding, with the highest winning. In some ways that system subdues the market up there. In some parts of the U.K. houses sold for £1! A couple of years ago a £100M property in London that just sat there for years sold for £60M. The top end buyers were deserting the market. Chinese money drove our London boom. As he mentions towards the end the market has been quiet. The risk in London is colossal unless you're buying well into unique properties, much as anywhere else. We're highly likely to suffer a large market price correction. The Chancellor suggested a no deal Brexit could wipe 40% off of house prices. Fear mongering, or not, we have a history of property bubbles. Buy in a slump and you can't lose. Buy high and it's like rolling the dice at a casino. We've controlled second homes with a punitive tax above stamp duty. It's calmed the BTL market as they pay it too. But in crazy London we do have leasehold properties that can never be owned yet sell for millions for short term leases. The Duke of Westminster has family wealth concentrated in London, centrally. Nothing is sold. It's all leased. The origin, perhaps, of the passive income from property. Russians have bought, modernised for vast sums, built onto these homes, but will never actually own them. We must be unique in that aspect.
Mayfair, Kesington, Chelsea etc you are buying real property with history attached ..ur not buying a cheaply renovated LA duplex
Although, this a new build.

missed the whole point, did you?

Maria how many cleaners would a house like this require would you say?
@@tcr333 At least six to keep it pristine.
Unit was beautiful and nicely done with high end finishes but I'd question the value? Josh do you agree with the price? Didn't feel like a $40m home.
John Franco Real Estate - it’s definitely very exclusive. The finishes, details, the location.
It’s more about location which fits the value. Properties in the U.K. tend to be much smaller, however finished in quality.
this show is dope man👍 you were always my favourite realtor on million dollar listing. Keep it bro! im starting monday as my first day as a realtor
