    this is the exact model of TV that I purchased, but the stand is completely different with a solid metal plate on the bottom, and the other pieces are different than what you’re showing also. what do I need to do to put this together please. The fold out paper instructions have really terrible pictures and it’s very difficult to understand them. I am very handy and usually did not have these kind of problems. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

    • @abtelectronics
      @abtelectronics  Год назад

      @lpa9974 The model we're showing in this video is made for the American market. If you're located in a different country your pedestal may be different, but we unfortunately don't have access to those models to verify the correct pedestal installation process.

    • @lpa9974
      @lpa9974 Год назад +1

      Thank you for your reply. I do live in America. The pedestal I have is a different shape and the short power cord on the back of the TV is on the right side (unfortunately the wall outlet is on the opposite side) and not the middle. There are no letters indicating any steps on the fold out sheet to show the “instructions”-tiny pictures with no text at all and difficult to follow. I usually love LG products but their lack of clear and adequate instructions is disappointing. Thank you for your prompt response. Perhaps different sizes of the the LG C2 have different types of stands. Take care.

    • @abtelectronics
      @abtelectronics  Год назад

      @lpa9974 You are correct in that different sizes of the C2 come with different pedestal types. But if you have the 65 inch then you should have the pedestal we are showing in the video. For your reference, the exact model number of the one we're showing is the OLED65C2PUA. Hopefully you're able to get everything set up. It's a terrific TV!
