Today on Dream's Minecraft Server SMP we held the L'Manberg Festival. This was insane and so intense since who knew what Technoblade or Wilbur Soot would do?! Even though it was super intense, it was very fun and we had lots of laughs. I love spending wholesome time with my best friend Tubbo that is not true. And Schlatt / jschlatt is so not awesome! Gosh! Dream was probably making another Minecraft Manhunt or Minecraft But video today instead of being on the server - what a cool person! HAHAHA
Not Minecraft, But Water Rises or Minecraft, But Lava Rises, or any other but challenge like that. This is a speed run / speed runner of Minecraft against a killer / assassin but it is Technoblade GOING INSANE!!!! POG CHAMP!!!!?!?!

This video really shows that even though Tommy makes fun of Tubbo and acts like he’s constantly annoyed by him, deep down he really does care a lot about him and considers him a close friend. He was literally willing to fight one of the best players just because Techno killed Tubbo. They’re such good friends and that’s just incredibly wholesome

The best thing about Techno‘s entire performance was that he was the only one to NEVER break character. Everyone else goofing off and then demanding utter sincerity during lore bits always felt so weird. Techno completely circumvented that by just being himself at all times. It can make roleplay so much easier!
(Applies to any sort of roleplay: Don‘t bend over backwards to portray something, insert parts of your natural self into it so you don‘t have to constantly think „what would this character do“. Thinking fast is impossible if your character feels like a complete stranger to you.)
That said, I always enjoy seeing other perspectives from Techno‘s. I‘m kinda used to his pov, but looking from the outside is what makes you appreciate why he made everyone nervous. And Tommy just never kept his distance, even in character. =)
It's strangely beautiful how wise Techno can be... and then in an instant, the opposite.
The fact that Sad-ist made an entire animatic of the festival before Tommy uploaded his video, is honestly hilarious

Wilbur kind of set up this arc for Techno where he only understands violence and authority which he seemed to pick up on once the pit started being built, and he started to lean into that towards the end by talking about resolving issues by proving he's stronger (in the pit) and his lines about violence and all that.
That being said peer pressure was an entirely genuine line from him xD poor Techno was stuck on the stage with everyone else on his side saying "He will enact our revenge and kill Schlatt" but not a single person actually messaged Techno telling him to do so leading to his very amusing genocidal improv.
