- In this food travel vlog, Trang and I find some of the best hu tieu (hủ tiếu) in Saigon, Vietnam. Hu tieu is a Vietnamese noodle soup that is very popular especially in the southern region of Vietnam.
Any foodies traveling to Ho Chi Minh City should definitely try hu tieu, and check out this restaurant in Binh Thanh district!

That's funny. My favourite street seafood place is down the same road around 52 Huỳnh Mẫn Đạt where it meets Phạm Viết Chánh. Been a while. Hope it's still there. Think I've had Hủ Tiếu. Got to try that place, looks great!

That looks great. Fresh stuff indeed. 8.8 is very high. i think the Hu Tieu that are in the 9/10 range sell out within hours. That's what some people here said, i don't know. lol
When you eat a soup noodle, you should try the soup first. If the topping is good but the soup is not then it's just normal noodle. I love hu tieu nam vang and sui cao, it's delicious!
I wish I had time to figure out the good places to go eat when I visited Vietnam. It was a hit or miss but mostly misses. We stayed in District 1.

@@evanmaroge2838 Never been to Hanoi. I will definitely try the Bun cha when I do go to Hanoi. We only made it as far north as Nha Trang.
@thuytruong1020 nha trang is Ok for food. Their special dish is fish cakes but no way, they can't compete with hanoi. Please go to the best spots in hanoi or else, whatever you will have might be average at best.
