Jen's final confused stare at the camera as the episode closed really got me. She's going to get smeared in the press and Intelligencia is going to gloat all over it.

that last scene... i immediately burst into tears seeing how hurt, panicked and angry she was. That is such a gross violation to be recorded during intimate acts without your knowledge. I honestly wish they would have included this in the content warning somehow cause I really didn't expect them to go that far with it and was so not ready for it so it triggered me super hard.

I’m a 31 year old man and I when Matt Murdock showed up in court I screamed like a little girl at the sight of their favorite pop star. I absolutely love that Matt is in a much happier place in his life in this universe. Seeing Daredevil actually cracking jokes while still being the most badass dude in the room was something I never thought I needed. And he made the gold suit look super cool! Though I hope he gets his red and black suit by the time he shows up in Echo. And his chemistry with Jen is so great that I hope she shows up in Daredevil: Born Again. As for Jen, when Bruce told her that the moment they see you as a monster that’s all they’ll see Jen didn’t take that warning seriously enough. Then again I probably would’ve ripped those guys in half like Juggernaut did to Deadpool. Revenge p*** is one of the most disgusting, reprehensible and unforgivable things anyone can do, and I hope these “Intelligencia” incel pricks get exposed and torn to pieces.

Leap Frog has a "secret hideout" called Lily Pad, which has a bunch of goons called Tadpoles, a vintage Frogger arcade machine, his own version of the Bat signal... but it's a frog, and a bunch of trampoline in it. 🤣😂🤣
Daredevil was EXCELLENT in this episode. He was more lighthearted than we’re used to but I think it worked really well. It was a nice tweak for the tone of the show but it also felt like a natural progression from where he left off in season 3. And on top of that we got some insane world building with the Sokovia Accords thing, Red Hulk tease, yet another Wolverine nod, and the Intelligencia stuff. And the complete 180 in tone at the end was done beautifully. Good to see Banner’s warning of losing control in ep 1 coming back around. What a great episode 👏🏻
I loved him. Tho please tell me in not the only person that didnt like how super human-ey he was in in the fight against she-hulk. He is great but he does not move like that (added with the cgi)

He really wasn't even much more light hearted or comedic. He acted similarly with foggy and Karen countless times throughout the netflix show. It's not like he was making fart noises and going "womp womp" when serious stuff was happening. He wasn't even "quippy" he was just flirty and sarcastic at times.

Yeah one of my favorite things is people who act like She Hulk "was all about ruining men", like bro, Daredevil was on point, was given all the setup to absolutely destroy her in court, and almost got away IF NOT FOR THE MOVE HER COUSIN THE MALE HULK TAUGHT HER IN EPISODE ONE WHILE SHE WAS RUINING ALL MEN! Adam and Jay mentioned it at some point, I believe it was the Bruce and Jen talk, about how "They're both right", that was the point, they both have points! Neither one is necessarily wrong! That's good writing, not "emasculating all men" or whatever nonsense these idiots pass around. By the end of this episode you can very clearly say Bruce gets "more right" over the course of the series. These dudes are just taught to hate something so they do, it's sad.
In Ms. Marvel, they said something alone the lines of they are always monitoring super powered people in case they every flip out. I think it was public knowledge that She-Hulk was getting the lawyer award so they are probably nearby since it's an extremely crowded place.
Yeah as others have said it was either an entire setup by Intelligencia or we're led to believe Damage Control is just that "aware". Considering how they hunted down Ms. Marvel for the ego of one agent it honestly could go either way.
Especially when, if you think about, what did she really do? Smashed screens that were showing revenge porn *of her*, smashed though a wall, and grabbed a guy, who she let go of almost immediately. I know it's cliche but: SHE-HULK DID NOTHING WRONG!
I may be wrong but the last shot of the show is Jen looking at us, the audience, and realizing that she is going out of control. A very poignant 4th wall break, if I am not reading too much into it.
Oh I read it as a 4th wall break but she was scared and confused and almost pleading in the last second. She was asking us for help. It struck me right in the chest.
Two top tier actors setting the screen on fire with wit and natural chemistry. Can’t ask for a better episode. It’s like how I felt when Kate and Yelena shared some mac n cheese and an elevator in Hawkeye. Comic gold.
Okay but this episode was the most perfect translation of a comic book into a live format. Like, the movies tend to capture the big, dynamic crossover events, sure, but this was absolutely an average comic brought to life in the very best way.
I like how it somehow looped back around to Jenn having a moment where she in fact couldn't manage her anger and went a little too hard on the Hulk rage. Will be cool to see how it concludes, maybe with some reminiscing about what Bruce told her.
Yep it seems like thqts the underlining line throughout. I remember in the fiirst episode where the incel crowd lost their mind cause she snapped and started going off about mansplainung and catcalling whilst talking to bruce she turned from jen to hulk and the losers thought that was the writers just complaining about men but it was meant to show that jen in fact does have an issue controlling her anger whether she realizes it or not. I was totally expecting a scene where she snapped and she got a taste of the fear others have around her because she can be very scary just like bruce.

I think the worst thing about Intelligencia is how real they are. They aren't supervillains. Countless women have been through the exact same thing. At least the good news is that revenge porn is illegal in California, even if it's only a misdemeanor.
I flashed back to the first episode when Bruce wakes up Jen with the air horn and she responds the she didn’t over “rage” but responded with a “normal amount of rage.” I feel her rage at the end of this episode was a likewise justifiable amount of rage. I doubt, however, that it will make a difference to the public now going forward.
This episode might not just be my favorite She-Hulk episode. This might be my favorite Marvel TV show episode. Need a couple days to think about it to be sure.
Walking out of Iron Man and someone tells you it will really take off and there would be a she hulk series and the merch it generated is Avongers shirts that you will really want and end up having.
I know the word “slut”, at least for most of us, isn’t a bad word… but the fact that the word was used in a Disney property is pretty crazy considering it’s connotation. Couple that with Katy from Shang-Chi saying the word “vagina”. Again, not a bad word, but to hear it in a Disney property is, to quote our two favorite guys, nanner-boats insane. They’re pushing the envelope and it’s refreshing. Paving the way for Deadpool’s snark and complete lack of a filter. This show is amazing.
Jay's point about Matt and Jen working together better as themselves than as Daredevil and She-Hulk was *chef's kiss* because YES. That's exactly what it was. As superheroes they worked really differently, but as people they just CLICKED.

Bruce she's about to understand what Bruce was talking about. That was also a complete setup, those armed men were waiting for the call to surround her.

Yeah one of my favorite things is people who act like She Hulk "was all about ruining men", like bro, Daredevil was on point, was given all the setup to absolutely destroy her in court, and almost got away IF NOT FOR THE MOVE HER COUSIN THE MALE HULK TAUGHT HER IN EPISODE ONE WHILE SHE WAS RUINING ALL MEN! Adam and Jay mentioned it at some point, I believe it was the Bruce and Jen talk, about how "They're both right", that was the point, they both have points! Neither one is necessarily wrong! That's good writing, not "emasculating all men" or whatever nonsense these idiots pass around. By the end of this episode you can very clearly say Bruce gets "more right" over the course of the series. These dudes are just taught to hate something so they do, it's sad.
I said the same thing about damage control.. like, they sure got there quick, as if they knew something was going to happen

To be fair it was a gala full of rich, important lawyers and probably judges. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were on standby
In Ms. Marvel, they said something alone the lines of they are always monitoring super powered people in case they every flip out. I think it was public knowledge that She-Hulk was getting the lawyer award so they are probably nearby since it's an extremely crowded place.

Yeah as others have said it was either an entire setup by Intelligencia or we're led to believe Damage Control is just that "aware". Considering how they hunted down Ms. Marvel for the ego of one agent it honestly could go either way.

Especially when, if you think about, what did she really do? Smashed screens that were showing revenge porn *of her*, smashed though a wall, and grabbed a guy, who she let go of almost immediately. I know it's cliche but: SHE-HULK DID NOTHING WRONG!
I may be wrong but the last shot of the show is Jen looking at us, the audience, and realizing that she is going out of control. A very poignant 4th wall break, if I am not reading too much into it.
Oh I read it as a 4th wall break but she was scared and confused and almost pleading in the last second. She was asking us for help. It struck me right in the chest.

You know that they wrote Matt's entrance the way they did because they wanted him to say "I'm here" to us as he's finally arrived.

Okay but this episode was the most perfect translation of a comic book into a live format. Like, the movies tend to capture the big, dynamic crossover events, sure, but this was absolutely an average comic brought to life in the very best way.

I like how it somehow looped back around to Jenn having a moment where she in fact couldn't manage her anger and went a little too hard on the Hulk rage. Will be cool to see how it concludes, maybe with some reminiscing about what Bruce told her.
Yep it seems like thqts the underlining line throughout. I remember in the fiirst episode where the incel crowd lost their mind cause she snapped and started going off about mansplainung and catcalling whilst talking to bruce she turned from jen to hulk and the losers thought that was the writers just complaining about men but it was meant to show that jen in fact does have an issue controlling her anger whether she realizes it or not. I was totally expecting a scene where she snapped and she got a taste of the fear others have around her because she can be very scary just like bruce.

Jen's last look at the camera at the end was so spooky. I was worried all the tension and seriousness would be ruined by another awkward 4th wall break, but the sharp cut of the sound of her breath was perfect.

I kinda love Jen not knowing how to take Matt’s suit off, it’s like the opposite of a guy not knowing how to take off a girl’s bra. Combined with Matt’s walk of shame/stride of pride, we get two nice role reversals this episode 👍

I flashed back to the first episode when Bruce wakes up Jen with the air horn and she responds the she didn’t over “rage” but responded with a “normal amount of rage.” I feel her rage at the end of this episode was a likewise justifiable amount of rage. I doubt, however, that it will make a difference to the public now going forward.

Walking out of Iron Man and someone tells you it will really take off and there would be a she hulk series and the merch it generated is Avongers shirts that you will really want and end up having.
I know the word “slut”, at least for most of us, isn’t a bad word… but the fact that the word was used in a Disney property is pretty crazy considering it’s connotation. Couple that with Katy from Shang-Chi saying the word “vagina”. Again, not a bad word, but to hear it in a Disney property is, to quote our two favorite guys, nanner-boats insane. They’re pushing the envelope and it’s refreshing. Paving the way for Deadpool’s snark and complete lack of a filter. This show is amazing.

I really, really want a Season 2 of this. Like, immediately. It's manages to be both consistently hysterical to the point where I can't stop smiling, and so damn *real* with that ending.

The moves Jen used in her fight with Matt were the ones she learned in the first episode, jumping, throwing the giant rock (car), and using the clap. Cool that they revisited those
I also like that the sound wave from the clap is what affected him the most. It makes sense, given his enhanced hearing.
Bruce she's about to understand what Bruce was talking about. That was also a complete setup, those armed men were waiting for the call to surround her.
