"The lights don't go out at high school stadiums" lol. It happened to my team my freshman year in the playoffs at home. We had a historic low pressure system with heavy winds. We were up by over 30 when the lights went. Went to the neighboring town to finish the blowout.
@@randombutrelevant I don't think the other team had much of a choice. We actually wanted to go-to a closer school but it was out of state so we had to go 30 miles away to play at a rivals field to finish the game The other team was mad they had to travel to us in the first place. They won 2 or 3 more games than us so they felt like they should have gotten the home game, but we won our conference. Not that it would have mattered where the game was played. The way they ran their offense made it easy on us. They were a pass happy team, and the wind was intense all day long. Like with the way the ball sailed through the air, we'd play 5-10 down wind from the receivers to try getting pick 6s and it worked.
As a 53-season Charger fan(I'm 61 years old), one who has experienced the only AFC West team to never win the Super Bowl, who waited his(my) first 10 seasons for them to even make the playoffs, I hope Harbaugh hits EVERY Charger player who SLIGHTLY appears to cross him! Harbaugh is a consistently winning coach and he now has a group in LA(I'll never forgive them for moving from San Diego! But as a battered wife type football fan, they're still my team.) of talented under-achievers. The Chargers' 63-7 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders this past season SHOWS their masochistic desire to have their head coach be a sadistic ass kicker and Harbaugh appears tailor-made for that need. In 1972-73 my father was Charger psychiatrist, a team that had a compassionate "players' coach." In those years the Chargers won 4 out of 14, then 2 out of 14 games. My father's book about those years was called "The Nightmare Season." It's now time for the Charger players to experience Harbaugh nightmares-come-true en route to playoffs and MAYBE A SUPER BOWL WIN...I can dream like I do when I buy a lottery ticket🤣

i fail to see what was controversial about the harbaugh/schwartz handshake. jim was really excited and shook schwartz's hand a little aggressively but it didn't seem disrespectful from what i saw
Jim knows exactly how to compete. A skill that has to be born in you, not planted into you. Like we see in most people. He was a very competent quarterback in his own right. And took the Colts to the AFC championship game.
We actually wanted to go-to a closer school but it was out of state so we had to go 30 miles away to play at a rivals field to finish the game
The other team was mad they had to travel to us in the first place.
Jim Harbaugh didnt build the 49ers he inherited Mike Singletary team he didnt draft Willis or Bowman sh*t he sraft Kaep thats it not Vernon or Crabtree either
A very intense individual and a must have quality you want in a coach and a must have quality you want your QB .
Jim complaining about other coaches being "outside the box" and "practically in the huddle" is hilarious. He has been on the field yelling or bitching or whining constantly throughout his coaching career.
Andy Reid is writing up plays for power outages.
Hmm ... I can't decide if Harbaugh is actually quite good at what he does or simply fortuitous and opportunistic ... 🤔 🏈
