It's crucial to approach this situation with compassion rather than condemnation. JUST as Jesus told the woman caught in adultery," let him who is without sin among you be the first to throw a stone" We all sin differently, and just because someone's struggles are more visible doesn't make us any better. Whether through gossip , extortion or corruption we all fall short in various ways. Let the law do it's duty, while we seek understanding and healing for everyone involved. Empathy should guide our response, reminding us that we all have our own battles.
