Battlcryminions do not activate the battlecry as long as they are not played. Hence when the battlecry triggers they are already played, so the copy mechanic of faceless does not count as "play". You played the faceless for the battlecry, not whatever it turns into. The same mechanic as to why the battlecry does not work if you faceless a battlecry minion.
A lot of the Control Warlocks are, but it doesn't do much against the Shaman OTK (they go through their deck too fast). Cubelock doesn't generally bother with it because they try and kill you with Doomguards instead.

it shouldnt count, not only its replaced at the very start, it is just the upgraded version of the normal one.

yep, there is a card that if you have only odd cards you upgrade your hero power and if you have only (dont remember the other name) it costs only 1
A new legendary minion upgrades your hero power at the start of the game if you build your deck a specific way

even with rin this warrior deck is sp strong. i play a variation and destroyed all warlocks aggro or cubelock

Interro because the warrior quest says "play", not "summon". And since faceless isn't a taunt by itself it doesn't count.
