It's not actually that bad, I've been running a slightly different list at legend, the main problem is that warlock is so strong, and the aggro decks need teching against (unleash etc)
no what's worse is a golden lore walker cho (i was a noob when i got him because it was in my first pack and i used the dust on the wrong legendary .-. and when you have a crap collection (almost like no mage cards), open the waygate is a worse card pack pull
Golden- the real kicker for me is that the Hunter quest a) killed my pity rate and b) was the last pack of that Mammoth bundle I blew $ on...not proud of my spending habits at all.

I got the hunter quest as my first golden legend (odds around 1 in 280 packs to get a golden legendary) and tried quest for a few weeks with bad results. Dusted it, only to get it again in normal. Missed the golden animation. But dusted that one too. "Hunter quest will never work!" But a few expansions later and bam! Lesson learned. Holding onto Duskfallen Aviana just in case. I expect it's going to be a long wait...
How do he always finds a awesome classical music just the length of his videos? There's a program for that? Or does he interpret the songs at the piano himself? Cause it would not surprise me.
You can make pieces slower or faster in order to sync, the piece played in the background was slowed down at a few parts. Not sure whether that's the interpretation of the pianist or just slowed down with software. Either way, the effor put into the sync is awesome.
If you really know the piece by heart you can notice that at the middle of the video it's really slowed down. But most recordings and this video are only ~1 minute appart so it's not as noticable for someone who hasn't studied the piece :). It's really well made, I agree.

Since Un'Goro I've been playing Quest Hunter in Wild. It's a lot of fun when it works and it did reasonably until Kobolds came out but then it crashed and burned :( I tried a standard one in Witchwood but it also failed miserably. This looks like a much better version, though, so I shall definitely give it a try.

Not single card game can make me so mad like this piece of crap because other card games are rewarding you if you are the better player. Here your opponent can literally have 2 brain cells in his head and he still has a decent chance to win against you because of rng or because he found a deck which doesn't require a singe uniqe thought to play it effectively. So yeah.. play wild. Only option. No other option. Oh yeah, mb. the meta.
Lies! You're just not trying hard enough. I've hit legend (and even top 200 legend) with my own self-built off-meta decks plenty of times. There was my control priest (utilizing pint-size potion + cabal shadow priest) that I climbed and hit legend with during a time when priest was considered the worst class, with only dragon priest respected as a remotely competitive deck. In addition to the pint-size/cabal combo which was amazing against the ever popular spikeridged steed 4-attack minions, it used Lyra and Elise for late-game value, and pyro/circle/cleric combos for early game control and draw. The deck had an absurd winrate and I likely could have finished even higher if I played more. I ended up hitting legend 3 months in a row with variants of this deck quite easily, and I assure you the list was completely unlike any popular priest archetypes. The other notable off-meta self-built deck I piloted to legend was krul-lock a few seasons ago. This was before the advent of cubelock, when warlock was considered one of the worst classes aside from the keleseth zoo lists that had found some success in tournaments. Certainly, people considered control lock to be awful because of the jade druid menace with UI and aggro token druid menace. Despite that, I hit legend quite easily on the back of an 80% matchup vs. Druid. The only reason my matchup against jade druid was so good was because of Krul and to a lesser extent Kazakus, allowing for massive board swings Jade Druid can't recover from. If you think you need to play meta decks to hit legend (or even climb at legend) then I'll say it again: you're not trying hard enough. I'm not saying this to be critical, but to be motivational. Whatever your cool ideas were that you were unable to have success with, go back to them. Tinker with the decks across dozens or hundreds of games and slowly improve them and adapt them to the meta: eventually you'll find success with your own lists. It just takes effort, practice, creativity, and *time*. My current project is to make a competitive thief rogue with Tess. I am determined to hit legend with a deck that uses Tess, Spectral Cutlass, Face Collector, etc. I just have a lot of fun playing with those cards and the archetype is a lot of fun to me in general, so I'm determined to make it work. Every now and then it's just impossible to make a certain deck type work in a competitive way, but more often than not it's just a matter of finding the right iteration and playing it perfectly.

Depends on the matchup. In a pure tempo game like vs Zoolock / Tempo Rogue / Baku Hunter / Baku Paladin, you coin that shit turn 1 If you can, play It as fast as possible. Against control decks that you don't think you can rush down, It may be a workable idea to wait.

so the combo is tempo, living two turns (lol) then killing them with a few minions turn 1 double health or as many minions as possible, turn two double health and void ripper them to hell. So quest to survive, baku to survive, zola,to survive, psychic ... etc. Double firefly notably for the combo, as it is surprisingly difficult to reserve creatures even against low tempo decks (no one hangs around when they see your turn 1). So the point is to survive, get to a stage in the game where you can safely playing temporus without dying (namely, onto an empty board with a lot of health). Complicities of this deck are insane and to say omni present would be stuttering, however it is fun, people obviously sometimes missplay around your decks intention. The other cool part is the get through the taunts part. thos big 3/8 taunts et what not? fear not! A simple flametin kills one and this with only a single health boost (because their taunts all inverse trades become excessively good with 1/2s for one. Which is why we have four of them. Oh and Paladins a thing. Anyhow, if you have the cards, give it a go, I'm sure theres stuff to change just haven't figured it all yet^^
A "monger" is just an unsavory dealer, the most common example being a warmonger, aka someone who profits from war. So this card's just a creepy toxin dealer. I don't think the similarity to Killmonger (or Iron Monger if we're talking Iron Man 1) is intentional.

wait... if he cleared rotten applebaum with his firefly and carnassas brood he would've had only 2 raptors and with 2 other raptors in hand he WOULD'VE had lethal if he drew 2 more raptors in but he only manages to draw ONE ending at a dire frenzy. With a tundra rhino that would only be 18 damage and even if he plays boar he is one mana off hero power and with a board of 7 he cant play his elven archer going through his thought process he probably already knew that he didnt have lethal when he drew the three carnassas I mean I KNOW sometimes he misses lethal but thats very very RARE and when he does chat tells him or he just knows from so much experience.

In this game it would have made 0 difference. He wouldn't have ended so early but he had inevitability against the warrior already.
A lot of the time you want kelseth to buff the raptors later on, I often save it for post Carnessa.

Toximonger should 100% be a legendary. It's better than 90% of legendaries and definitely should not be able to have two in one deck.

so the combo is tempo, living two turns (lol) then killing them with a few minions turn 1 double health or as many minions as possible, turn two double health and void ripper them to hell. So quest to survive, baku to survive, zola,to survive, psychic ... etc. Double firefly notably for the combo, as it is surprisingly difficult to reserve creatures even against low tempo decks (no one hangs around when they see your turn 1). So the point is to survive, get to a stage in the game where you can safely playing temporus without dying (namely, onto an empty board with a lot of health). Complicities of this deck are insane and to say omni present would be stuttering, however it is fun, people obviously sometimes missplay around your decks intention. The other cool part is the get through the taunts part. thos big 3/8 taunts et what not? fear not! A simple flametin kills one and this with only a single health boost (because their taunts all inverse trades become excessively good with 1/2s for one. Which is why we have four of them. Oh and Paladins a thing. Anyhow, if you have the cards, give it a go, I'm sure theres stuff to change just haven't figured it all yet^^

A "monger" is just an unsavory dealer, the most common example being a warmonger, aka someone who profits from war.
So this card's just a creepy toxin dealer. I don't think the similarity to Killmonger (or Iron Monger if we're talking Iron Man 1) is intentional.

wait... if he cleared rotten applebaum with his firefly and carnassas brood he would've had only 2 raptors and with 2 other raptors in hand he WOULD'VE had lethal if he drew 2 more raptors in but he only manages to draw ONE ending at a dire frenzy. With a tundra rhino that would only be 18 damage and even if he plays boar he is one mana off hero power and with a board of 7 he cant play his elven archer going through his thought process he probably already knew that he didnt have lethal when he drew the three carnassas I mean I KNOW sometimes he misses lethal but thats very very RARE and when he does chat tells him or he just knows from so much experience.
