Hi. I have exactly the same knobs and cartridges, but the “sprocket” style fitting for the hot water has rusted and worn so the knob no longer turns. Nobody around here knows how to actually remove/replace the faucet stem, so can you explain how to do that?
LUCKY you, IT'S THE KNOBS, My knobs are new & still turns round & round NO grip for shower knob😢... Mines a 95 Fleetwood darn mobile home, hopefully I find a diverter stem .. I'm devastated...M. Homes made in USA w other country parts, to save companys $$$..😡. I tried PTFE thread seal tape but NO luck.. I'm gonna try hot glue(gun) for diverter stem to mold to new knob... Till I buy the dam stem😭🤦♀️

I have the exact same problem except the screw is rusted and has no grooves left. I'll have to get a screw removal kit or drill off the head.

What do I do when I turn the screw to take it off and it turns the water on ? What should I do ?

I can’t remove the screw, it becomes loose but won’t budge, screw might be getting stripped as well
