Bath Tub Faucet Handle Keeps Turning & Wont Turn Water off. DANCO ADAPTER (Spacer may not be Needed)

Here is how we fixed a cold water Knob/Handle that was NOT tight on the Cartridge Stem. Using a New Danco Handle and Vice Grip Adapter to make the repair. NOTE: Looking Back I Probably didn't Need the White Spacer.( Handle to Adapter)
