What I learned from my gap year is: ☆ to actually rest!!! It’s ok to have days when you’re being a couch potato (as long as it’s not every single day) ☆ it is the PERFECT moment to try new things/experiences. Go book that fitness class you’ve always wanted to try. Make time for the hobby/skill you’ve been meaning to get better at. Book that plane ticket to the place you’ve dreamed of going even! Basically, get out of your comfort zone :P ☆ speaking of travelling, I recommend going during September-October or April-May where everything is much cheaper because everyone’s still busy at work and school hehehe ;) ☆ also if you’re in Mtl, there’s so many activities/ clubs you could join. So don’t be shy to try them and meet new people. Joining a club (it could be anything… fitness, book, art) will help you build a mini routine in your gap year life and to not be lonely 24/7 Oop didn’t realize I wrote that much o_O But I wish you the best in your new life chapter!! Honestly taking a gap year was one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself and I hope you’ll enjoy yours too 💕

What I learned from my gap year is:
