Hope you all enjoyed the video :) Sorry for the sporadic content lately. I've been busy dealing with some recent personal events, the kind that I'm not comfortable talking about, that's forced me to take a step back from making content. I still enjoy making videos, even if they're really simple like this one. But for the time being uploads are still going to be pretty sporadic, until I'm able to get back into the right headspace. I hope you all understand :)
All of these look amazing! Although Shrimple did seem to overexpose more easily than the others they all really bring out the best in the Terratonic terrain.
These are some great shots with some great shaders. Thanks a ton for putting your config settings in the description too, I'm curious what were the important ones to make the distance flow so nicely.
@@grey521.mp4oooo i have that but the bigger version! If you have the same specs as me, you can have complimentary reimagined at medium quality with 10 render distance, then distant horizions at 50 distance with a quality of medium and allowence of low. It is 15fps ish but that’s with fabric mod loader and sodium
A Steam Deck can handle Bliss and Distant Horizons, I set it to 40 fps with high quality settings, looks and plays great. Of course that still costs money but my point is a high-end computer is not required
you should also show off the other two dimensions. I remember one of those shaders puts pretty lights in the sky in the End. also I got mods that overhaul those other dimensions: Better Nether, Cinderscapes, and Better End
yes bliss looks insane in the end! i didnt show the other dimensions as pretty much all the shaders have fog that makes it hard to see past like 12 chunks
@@iambeenyt oh man, I got the packs after watching this, I'm already in the End, but when I turn on Shrimple everything was monotone. It puts a weird light gray covering on everything past about 2 chunks. it's almost like I'm playing an old game and I'm in a dark space but there are glitches and the 'darkness' is gray also where do the txt files go?
Complimentary is my favourite colour wise but it didn’t have enough fog to hide some poor LODs further away. Bliss does a great job for clarity but a little bit of fog/mist to hide some jarring LODS.
I just wish complementary had better control over atmospheric fog. It shows too much in the distant lods. Otherwise it would be my fav. Photon falls short with distance in a different way. There is too much distiction between the lods and real terrain shading. They are all great imo, those are the two I'm most familiar with and can critique though.
both complementary and bloop have great low end options in their settings. you can also try makeup ultra fast, which just got updated to support distant horizons :)
I would love to know the coordinations of the mountains and river in front of them. That is so so beautiful landscape, that i want to play survival in there :D I would really appreciate the cords!!!! Edit: Nevermind, found it :D For anyone wondering, its 1600, 100, 1430
They need start to think better about these Fog on they Default Shades settings. Players already have downloaded Distant Horizon just to get rid of this minecraft pseudo fog but now they view are limited again by the shade fog? I know it can be changed on settings but it's a very small % of players that will and know how to do that.
I can only just get it at render distance 50 with complimentary reimagined medium quality, decent for a mac tho 😭 your graphics card has done us justice 🥹✨

We totally understand! Take as long as you need, and thank you for the beautiful showcase videos 💜
thank you :)
Take all the time you need. You by far make the best cinematics.
gl bro you got this
It's fine. No worries! Great video👍👍
Minecraft looking better than real life now fr
Definitely true
@LazyCatAnims Try travelling - lots of beauty in real nature. :)
The way you edited this nails it, helps see which one would suit your needs the most because they're direct comparisons! Thanks a lot bro!!

Another amazing video displaying the potential of minecraft ! Great Work !
thank you! :)
Photon for the win!
None are perfect but Photon has almost everything right.
I'm looking for photonics shader for Distant Horizons though, it is a newly appeared shader.
These are some great shots with some great shaders. Thanks a ton for putting your config settings in the description too, I'm curious what were the important ones to make the distance flow so nicely.
thank you! and i didnt really mess with the fog settings, so all should be set as default.
Photons clouds are absolutely peak
I can’t watch this video because I would be crying because my pc can‘t handle this beautiful shit
It probably could, unless it's old integrated graphics.
@@ravenger2445 i have a m1 mac mini. i don’t think it will even run distant horizon normally
@@grey521.mp4 you should try it. distant horizons is incredibly well optimized.

bliss still has the best atmospheric fog out of all of them imo

thanks for video♥ Did you use any camera mod or smth or this is just in-game fly?
I just used spectator mode! Still waiting on replay mod support with distant horizons 🙏🏼
Bliss and photon >>>
bliss shader always bring me the best feeling
What are those Bliss settings? Mine aint looking anything like that

YES! I'm not the only person that likes featherfall!
A new video with featherfall as background music yes please. Nice video :)
Glad I made it in time ha
Minecraft looks so beautiful😮😀👍
Cloud Shadows make or break it for me.
most of these have a cloud shadow option.
Complementary and Bliss 10/10
I think Bliss Shaders definitely fits with DH 2.0. Just my opinion!
hey i have a question. I have DH, iris and bliss installed but everytime i turn on my shaders the lods just fade away...
Only specific current, and possibly still alpha/beta, versions support working together. Likely one of your mods/shaders is the wrong version.
amazing but idk DH sopport replay mod now
Parecerá broma lo que diré.....pero. podría hacer una cinemática con una textura 8x8 y el shader BSL? Por favor.

bloop is very solid
THE KING IS BACK
Which one is the best for low end anyone have an idea?
both complementary and bloop have great low end options in their settings. you can also try makeup ultra fast, which just got updated to support distant horizons :)
For some reason I cant use bliss
