It was going to be dismantled. However, it's been saved and will go on permanent display somewhere in Birmingham. It will need to be inside as its only a prop. Made from recycled aluminium, thin fibreglass and foam. Apart from the vehicle inside, it only weighs 2.5 tons. Even the chain hanging around its neck is plastic chain, painted to look like rusty iron. It's a real work of Art.

I'm finding it fascinating how many people have watched this and mentioned Baal. I didn't know it was a thing. I feel people were interested in the manufacture and engineering rather than worshipping of a stage prop.
