Awesome Chris! Yes, it was fun hanging out with you again 🙌 Thanks for watching. Not sure when our paths will cross again, but hopefully sooner rather than later!
I wish I could get out to all the cool events in California, but otherwise being right in the middle of the country does have some travel advantages. Yes, this one was a blast, for sure 💥
I turned 55 last month and currently building up a Redline RL20II like the one I rode back in the day. I won't be riding it like I used to but it's fun and frustrating (trying to find old school parts). The 80's is the best decade. Keep up the cool videos.
Beautiful edit sir,it’s was a pleasure to meet you and your wife, totally awesome..big fan of your channel, wow was it a hot weekend, here in Long Island it was a nice 70 them bam 98 haha, wifecwife took me last yr to meet the king 👑 on my 50th so I know you were in true heaven,,,stay safe stay rad
Thanks so much! It was great meeting you. Hopefully you got some good content in your conversation with Woody Itson. Looking forward to seeing that if you share it 🙌 Here is LA’s instagram: instagram.com/niteowlhiphop
Cool vid!! I think I spoke with you on Saturday. I was on a Supercross 6 bar 24". Did the ride out Sunday on the Hi-Tech 26" electric beast. Great weekend!!
Ayyy!! 👍👍 and nanu nanu back at ya!! Thanks for the ❤❤…really look forward to your content. Hopefully I can make it out to Tulsa someday. The place looks amazing!! You should definitely get a Torker. I’m currently building out the 24 inch cruiser that came out over dirtyfest. Thanks for sharing!!
woohoo looks like you had a load of fun,,shame it was so hot but hey you got to hit the museum of BMX history and view all those rare old school bikes on display ...and that BMX track in Tulsa is just outta this world cool 💣💣 ....and looking at the video during the final bike ride that guy riding the 29" pro performer looks super comfortable,,do you think the 27.5 Monza you were on would ride better with a slightly larger set of bars like he had on his 29" pro performer?
Good question on the bar height for the Monza. I feel pretty comfortable with them as they are. Never once did I think to myself, “I wish these were taller”. It’s strange because looking at the bike, they seem low, but if you put the bike up next to a 26” with taller bars, it’s surprising how the seat height, bottom bracket, and top of bars are all fairly similar. It’s just that the top tube is up higher on this than a 26” to accommodate the larger wheels. But with respect to the bar height on Josh’s 29” there at the end. I think he’s a bit taller than me, so there’s that consideration too.
Go do the free day at a USABMX track near you!!! They have loaner race bikes and helmets. Just wear pants and long sleeves! I did it a year ago and finally racing BMX over 40 is awesome!!!! Do it!!!
Awesome seeing these events going on. I'd like to know more about the Buckeye show as I live up in Cleveland Ohio, I'm assuming that one takes place in Ohio.
Right on! The next Buckeye Bike Show will be in June 14, 2025. It's in Dayton. Here's the website, but it's not updated yet. thebuckeyebikeshow.com/ The 2025 special guest is Ron Wilkerson. I made a 2-part video of my experiences at the Buckeye show this year. It was a blast!! ruclips.net/video/BOKLnVJIEJM/видео.html

I would like to have met Bobby Woods as I still have my 1980 Robinson Pro 6002 Bobby Woods Model exactly as it was when I retired it in 1985
a BMX.... museum.....? Wow. That looks so much fun. Would love to place a 4521 mile pin on that map!
Absolutely fun!! I can't wait to go back and spend more time reading all the displays and soaking it in. so cool!
