NZ Basic Fishing | Wharf Fishing | The Great 'Pier Pressure'

Hello and welcome to Basic Fishing from New Zealand. For today's video, I was out with Lee to try and target kingfish using a method that I hardly do: live baiting. Unfortunately due to my lack of experience, I learnt how live baiting is meant to be done the hard way and so many things went wrong. Not to mention I learnt the hard way not to fish during a weekend or public holiday as we were on the wharf since 4.30am and it was already packed with people trying to do the same thing as we were. However in the end, our hard work paid off as both me and Lee managed to get some decent catch. For me, I managed to get a stingray off a livebait and Lee got a small kingfish on dead bait which was ironic.
