This anime is a complete masterpiece so far in my opinion. Every moment from laughter, the epic fights, and then this? A chefs kiss beautiful moment with characters we didn't expect. ALSO, try in English. I feel the English VA's did so well
News flash not everyone has trouble following subtitles and the Japanese voice acting is just as good. This is a Japanese show with Japanese high school students. Watching in Japanese is not immersion breaking. Watching in English is.
@katherinemerkel3505 So to begin with, I have zero issue following subtitles. I also like both English and japanese, so no need to be rude. And I was also just saying they should try it. If you want the real take and not just mine, the English vocabulary for this is better and captures it better. The voice actors for both are great. But since we got a little rude there, I'll state the truth.
@ And that would be nothing short of your opinion regarding dialogue not truth. Despite the dialogue in Japanese being more true to the characters and original script that the author wrote. The only thing you can say is that some of Crunchyrolls subs are iffy.
@katherinemerkel3505 I've watched it in both, WITH other people in discord reacts. It's pretty agreed the English VA hit home. Again, just opinions and only said to check it out.
I read the manga but i'll never though this anime's version was so awesome made (Animations & music). It's really a plus to the Manga, i re-discover this moment. More infos about this poor woman, she worked in so many jobs even prostitution then when she lost her child, she made a last dance a jump from a building/balcony. Aira and the Yokai share a same pain, the lost of their loved one Mother/daughter and they share at the end this pain and this forgiveness/appeasement. Good job to staff who made this episode.
I always really want to see in Manga/Anime without any dialogue but still can tell the story in it after i watch Bakuman. And wow Dan Da Dan can do this thing 🥲
In the episode at the 16:39 to 16:41 time frame is where you understand what really happened. There is a very brief scene with her foot coming close to the edge then leaps, and then she is in the air, then her body falls down to the left of the screen and the stars get smeared... Sensitive topic, shonen and tv constraints, and yet they committed.
I feel you i always be looking for something that can top Attack on Titan. My favorite fiction of all time. Some casual mentions i can make that i dont think I've seen on the channel are Cowboy bebop, Wolfs Rain, and Inuyasha. Those are all older but trust me man you wont run out. There is always a hidden gem when it comes to Anime and American fiction books.

This anime is a complete masterpiece so far in my opinion. Every moment from laughter, the epic fights, and then this? A chefs kiss beautiful moment with characters we didn't expect. ALSO, try in English. I feel the English VA's did so well
Why when the Japanese voice acting is master class?
I just watched it episode 7 & i still can't stop my tears🥹
i read the manga i saw the epsode and now u guys r my nine react ,so i cry like eleven times 😅😅
Definitely a masterful episode
We need to stop to start actually caring about each other only when it's already too late.😢
人から生まれてきた者なら誰でも涙する
I read the manga but i'll never though this anime's version was so awesome made (Animations & music). It's really a plus to the Manga, i re-discover this moment.
More infos about this poor woman, she worked in so many jobs even prostitution then when she lost her child, she made a last dance a jump from a building/balcony.
Aira and the Yokai share a same pain, the lost of their loved one Mother/daughter and they share at the end this pain and this forgiveness/appeasement.
Good job to staff who made this episode.
this anime went from funny wholesome and love it to why heart HURTS like damn wow this really just hit hard
I always really want to see in Manga/Anime without any dialogue but still can tell the story in it after i watch Bakuman. And wow Dan Da Dan can do this thing 🥲
The ballerina scene with the city background was her on a building then the thud was her jumping off cause she lost her daughter
Happy to see you guys as the first reaction to this episode. It was a very beautiful one.
the pain and sadness were the same to nina tucker when she and her dog turned to chimera😢
Damn guys... Y'all had me crying along with you two... Shit's crazy right? I love this show!!!!!!!
Mother is Mother.
Naruto, one piece, dandadan you deserve these views, I love your videos keep it up
you just listed great mainstream shows... nothing about why they themselves deserve it lol
Y'all had the same reaction my girl and I had. But we cried a lot more loudly lmao. Great reaction, sorry for the trauma, but we can't unsee that now
This ep 7 is imotional episode dude 😢😢🥺
this episode was so sad 😭🥺😖 i feel bad for her
in end of manga episode 17, the daughter holding hands with her mom to heaven, implied that the daughter was killed by the Yakuza
This anime is legit every genre mix
@@toplion777 l love Dan dan iş my favorite show ❤️
I haven't seen a reaction to this amazing episode yet that didn't result in eye-leakage. My son and I both... yeah, it got us too.
this episode was enough to make a grown man cried.
Man I was so sad that I punch the table it was 9:20 or something
Not me being a dummy and watching this holding my daughter 😭😭😭
No puedo ser la única que deseó un abrazo de su mamá después de ver este episodio. No puedo.
pure cinema
Something so heartbreaking about a great mother blaming herself just for having a child. Sign of a truly evil world
sorry to break it up y'all but that scene of her doing the ballerina dance before dying was implied in the manga that she was dancing in a rooftop and she killed herself while dancing
the pov scene was so good I forgot to breathe
I did not expect this episode to be so good 😂
Dandadan is amazing, I'm also looking forward every Thursday! If u want to watch more classic anime, I hope u can watch Inuyasha. I always love this show and I REALLY hope u give this show a chance.
This is REAL DanDaDan here
DanDaDan is a reality interpretation
I rarely comment but if you like the concept of Dandadan, you should try Noragami, highly recommend it, one of my fav of all time
💯 Noragami is also great 😊
i watch this 3 times, i cried harder every time, wtf 😢
The Luffy passing of the hat to Nami, The end of Zabuza Arc and so on. This is when Dandadan cemented its place in people's heart.
Great reaction as always guys and this is only the start of more tear 😂😂
Poor mother 💔 she just want her child back.. 💔💔
This episode came out of nowhere but since the author's mentor is the author of Chainsaw Man and Fire Punch I'd expect no less.
I cried like a 2 years old
It is really hard to watch these reaction videos, like I want to enjoy the emotions you all are going through but man I don't wanna suffer through that story again, so sad Dx
Men watching Titanic Movie = 😐
Men watching Anime = 😭
Nande dayo?😭
I was kinda spoiled by a RUclips shorts in this one but the episode still broke me
Came to laugh, left with trauma and despair.
