Pam here….I have a visual impairment called RP. And one the the best things that helps my eyes is Smart invert. Making the background screen black with white types. It is so much easier on eyes. I have gotten comments from many seniors how have had cataract surgery that say the reverse contrast is so much easier on their eyes. The type is more clear and the glar of all the WHITE doesn’t make the ipad hard to read.
Wow. Great video. I attend our senior group that gives tips on the iPad and iPhone. I was the "King of the Hill" when I demonstrated to the group how to move the cursor by holding down the spacebar. Your tip using 2 fingers is much easier. Also how to use the split screen is finally explained in a way that us seniors can understand. Thank you very much.
Ha! I had to make a small change and RUclips requires that the old video be deleted before uploading the corrected video. So everything starts from scratch! Sorry about that!
If anyone like me couldn’t figure out where the division sign was on a keyboard, I discovered that the forward slash does the job : e.g. 20/4=5. Well, it does in Spotlight at least
Very much appreciate your videos. Suggestion: you mention passwords. Maybe a video on password management. Good systems or apps or methods. They can be such a pain sometimes, especially on sites that shouldn’t even need one! Thanks
Another brilliant “tips video”! I tried to write a memo with mistakes so I could try moving the cursor but auto-correct was one step ahead of me! Just have to remember two fingers when I need them!
Holy cow! Moving the cursor! Wow! Thanks! That is something that drives me mad🤣 No more! Just tried it here, wonderful! Thank you! Oh and the magnifier! I had no idea I even had one and that would be very helpful!
Wow. I just discovered your channel and I must say yours are top quality productions with helpful and easy to follow tutorials. Great job! BTW, have you done any Steve Martin impersonations lately?
Great video! I’ve learned alot, the past year, watching your videos. I wanted to know how to add an attachment to a scheduled event in my calendar. I would appreciate the help. Thanks again!
Thanks! When you add a new event in the calendar app if you scroll down in the box where you name the event, you can tap on "Add Attachment." From there just choose the attachment on your iPad you'd like to add and you're good to go. Hope this helps. Thanks so much for watching!
I have a iPad 10th generation, (I wish I had gotten the cell phone Pro version). In your video about 6 hidden tips I cannot find spot light or split screen so far. Please advise. Thank you from an old guy, (83).
I made a video on the Accessibility features a couple of years ago that help people with motor skill issues. I think it's time for a new one. I'll put it on my list.
Before I watch anymore none of these tips work on my iPad Pro is there a certain version that you are using I have 18 OS but none of the things you show me are there
You obviously have a NEW iPad. My iPad is 7 years old…and none of these “convenient” features exist on it. Speak to a broader audience of the pad as you pontificate your wisdom. 👎
That's always a challenge when your audience is growing. My wife has an older iPad and she says the same thing. But with changes always rolling along I'm not sure how to bridge from the old to the new. Sorry the video wasn't helpful.
Can't please everyone......... What is a broader audience to you?? Do you want him to make videos that encompass ALL iPad generations going back more than a decade ago??? You can't make a video that works across many iPad generations and not have it be too long or too convoluted.... Its just illogical.

You have changed my life. Every one of your tips was something I did not know, and you have actually cut hours off my day. Thank you.

Thanks, I like to think that i'm quite up to par with my ipad knowledge but I still learned some new tricks 😊
that 2 fingers tip was fabulous!
Great video with great tips…even though I don’t think of myself as a ‘senior’! 😂👏👏👏
I appreciate the smoother transition between topics. I learned new things today thank you.
Glad it was helpful!
Love these tips. I will be using several of them daily from now on
Glad they were helpful!
Love this video! I just tried out the triple tap magnifier tip and it works great. This tip is going to help me a great deal. Thanks!
You are so welcome!
Boy I know I am senior, bit dang I swear I just watch you do this same video. I didnt even have time to forget
Ha! I had to make a small change and RUclips requires that the old video be deleted before uploading the corrected video. So everything starts from scratch! Sorry about that!
Worth my time indeed. Thank you
Glad it was!

Excellent tips, Rich. Thank you!
Thanks for the great tips. I wasn't aware of most of them.
Excellent, appreciate you doing this.
Much appreciated!
Thanks, I am a new subscriber, and, or course, I liked the video.

Is it the same for the iPhone?
Where do I find spotlight.

Please come, with a table, and set it up for me! And… where is Spotlight? Thanks, Elisabeth.
two fingers 😃👍🙋🏻♂️
Yep, that's the ticket.
What is spotlight?
Can you tell me some tips for elders with Parkinson's?
I made a video on the Accessibility features a couple of years ago that help people with motor skill issues. I think it's time for a new one. I'll put it on my list.
I have iPad Pro 3rd gen and iOS 17.6 and I don’t seem to have split screen as an option when I tap the three dots. What to do?
Is this a re upload? Still a great video thank you
Yes - Sorry for the confusion. Had to make a small change. RUclips requires the previous video to be deleted and the new version re-uploaded.
I don't have an app called Spotlight on my iPad Pro 4th generation.
Where are the three dots I do not have three docs
I have had passwords on a locked note for years now.
Before I watch anymore none of these tips work on my iPad Pro is there a certain version that you are using I have 18 OS but none of the things you show me are there
Spotlight??? Is it an app? It's it built-in. Can't seem to access it????
Duhhhh!!!
Where is SPOTLIGHT? IOS 18
Typo in video title.
Whew! Thanks for catching that. That's the one word I should NEVER misspell!
no drawers with that desk.....
I understand…thanks for your consideration.

It works on my 2016 iPad Air with iPad OS 15.8.3
@@RichBowlin 👍🏼i meant most of these tips work on my 2016 iPad Air. Thanks so much 😃
@@rkenw996 sorry, but I can’t remember the question!
