So this only applies for the speeds 50 and below? So if I'm on a highway coming over a hill and traffic is stopped and I freeze or don't notice in time I'm screwed?
...may apply brakes? bro I paid 50k
May apply brakes? Has to be in the mood?
I guess they meant that if it sensed before crashing
I learned by use that a double tap is necessary to start the vehicle, 1st is Accessories only, the 2nd actually starts the motor/engine. I would like a larger Digital Speedometer, and the dial speedometer on the Right. A voice warning is prefered, trying to figure out what the beeps mean can be too late.
Safe system best car 🚘
I have this setting in my palisade, somehow it doesn't give warning neither apply break.
Errr yeesh
I tried following car closely but it doesnt give warning neither it gives any error on display. When I talked to dealership guys they said it all good. It will work when collision is emminent. I doubt that. It should give warning sign or active assist when I am less than couple feet distant from next car in speed of let say 40-50mph...It doesnt give error that doesnt mean its working. They couldnt demonstarte to me as they said system isnt showing error.
SAME THING, READ 5/5/21, ELAINE
As with other computer programs - the conditions must be met. Speed differential and distance as measured by the radar will need to be in their appropriate ranges. Sensors will need to be clear of snow, ice, mud or other debris. So, yes… the brakes MAY be applied.
HAS ANYONE COME ACROSS THIS OR SIMILAR ISSUE. I rear ended someone 4/28/21, my brakes were applied. I PULL UP CLOSE to the car in front of me. IF she took her foot off the brake, I am wondering if if WENT OFF, AS MY CAR SURGED FORWARD, BACK, FORWARD AND BACK AGAIN, VERY HARD. IT WAS CRAZY. NO SOUNDS WENT OFF AS THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO PER THE VIDEO'S.. I Just had a Reverse Shoulder Replacement and drive very carefully. Saw my surgeon that day, wnet to Freehold Hyundai got an oil change, then went to Home Depot, however this dealership 9 days after I purchased my car, grease was showing up on my windshield. Then I noticed it again, then I noticed it on the passenger side of the car. I kept thinking what the heck do I keep driving through, this happened 9/1/20, THEN I NOTICED THE ENTIRE BOTTOM OF THE WHEEL WELL WAS LOADED WITH GREASY YELLOW/BROWNISH FLUID. TOOK THE CAR THERE. THEY TOLD ME IT WAS """"OVER SPRAYED TIRE SHINE""""...I HAVE HAD 5 MAZDA'S, SHOULD HAVE STAYED WITH MAZDA..

Thanks
On my 2023 Santa Fe, I cannot turn off this feature, I can only select brakes+warning, or warning only...AND it resets every time I shut off the car. I don't like it and want it off all the time. Needs to be an option like it is in this video.
Maybe it would stop beeping if you stop almost hitting things? Or maybe there's an issue and you should take it to get checks
Mine keeps giving a "warning" that the front assist is off when it is definitely activated in the computer. Does anyone know what may cause this to happen?
I bought my 2022 Palisade Caligraphy about a week ago, and I've noticed that FCA and Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance are not working at all. Similar features are working perfectly on my 2016 Infiniti QX60 and saved me many times. But, for some reason, these features are not working on my Palisade. Just bought a new 50K car and have already scheduled an appointment with a dealership.
This is a false advertisement! I can't wait to see another Class Action lawsuit against Hyundai/Kia automotive.
These alerts keep coming on every time I'm at a drive-thru. The animated graphic shows danger to my front left. _Well that's the frickin' McDonald's building I'm pulled up next to._ smh
50k car and it doesn't work
