Keanu is actually left-hand dominant, but is ambidextrous; plays bass with his right hand, and in movies, mostly shoots guns or holds bladed weapons in his right hand.
He writes with his left hand in the movies too. Chad confirms he’s ambidextrous which makes perfect sense for the worlds best assassin because peaking left while being right handed with a gun isn’t the best scenario.
This was probably my favorite movie of the series. They really cranked it up to 11 with the action, stunt choreography, and cinematography. John Wick is the Baba Yaga and the Baba Yaga can't die, but if they decide not to do another John Wick movie, way to go out with a bang. Lance Reddick definitely got me choked up, not just because his character died in the movie, but because of the line he said to Winston before he died. My favorite scene was in the building with the overhead camerashots of John fighting from room to room. It was incredibly well done along with the rest of the movie.
I like the overhead action sequence, beautifully shot, the scenes in Osaka, amazing. Can we talk about the sets and locations they shot in, there’s that sense of elegance and style to them. The stunt work though made go ouch on every impact, like oh my god
I am just surprised still no one got the cowboy bebop reference with the ending where wick sits down on the stairs after the climax. Such a powerful imagery.
The reason Chad has the background dancers and people in the other movies not react because of New Yorkers. There are so many cases of people not reacting to crime that happens right in front of them. Most people don’t intervene. Not only that but it adds an aesthetic to the scenes and Chad does the over the top world and action for the that reason. Because it looks fucking cool and gives him more to play with. I know in the last movie people said John would of died off the roof but there are people that have fell with a parachute fail and lived. I just think people need to chill with these sequels and just enjoy the choreography lol but that’s just me. Also. Nice shout out to Tyler Bates! I was lucky to get a Deadpool poster signed by him because my dad knows his dad. He’s done incredible, he even did the Guardians of the galaxy movie!
My favorite part of the film is the part where John Wick, Caine, and The Tracker start to take out Killa and his men right after the card game, and I hope to see more of Akira in future films.
Any other spin off Keanu Reeves not involved would be not as good. The best part is with Donnie Yen and the door bells, he gave homage to all his asian fighting movies including the machine gun punch of Ip Man. This was Donnie Yen at his best. The swords play of the Japanse actor and the bow fight of Akira, fantastic. Of course Keanu Reeves was also good, especially the move where the bad guy flipped over the car in he shoots him sick move. In Imax the movie comes to its rights. Will watch it again easily
I loved "TheWarriors" reference with the radio host narrating Johns whereabouts. They even played the "Nowhere to run" song like they did in the Warriors!
Also loved the actor that played the Marquee’s guard (also had a role in boyka with Scott Adkins as the villain). Had some great scenes. Would love to see another movie with Donnie Yen’s character before or after this. Also agree, no body equals we don’t know for sure that he’s dead
i didnt really mind the unreal stunts in the movie but for a split second i was like "how the fk....?" when they hit the dog with the car then he stood up and kept going.
1,2 will still be the best for me . 3rd was Okay . 4th was better in terms of storytelling and the action scenes were really good specially in the second half . The Among Us action scene was the best . Still I would say 1&2 nd parts would still be the best for me.
these hosts were fine reviewing the film. But I would also appreciate if Jaby makes another video commenting on the stunt work of the film since that is his areas of expertise.
It was a masterpiece! I absolutely loved the arc de triumph scene, you only heard the cars a second before impact and that made it much more intense! The dragon breath gun oner was so good, and so was the stairs scene. Just when you would think he was done, he'd have to start all over again. The pencil at the end of that scene was a nice callback to the first 3 movies too. This is a movie i woudn't mind seeing multiple times just to take everything in.
Loved the movie. Loved the Asaka sequence, and Akira killed it. Whole movie was great for me. I did get a little like the action was too drawn out right at the end when he toppled all the way down the stairs, im like, ok, lets keep it moving to the end. Loved all the side characters. Two things, and i will say this as many times as i can, but how cool would it be if the Tracker is tied into being Charon's son? Like its some sort of deep ploy to get the tracker to the high table for revenge. Someone also commented that the Tracker has trained his dog much like Halle Berry did. and Charon babysat Johns dog for quite a bit because maybe dog training runs in the family??? So i would love to see Akira in another film, and also i think that the Tracker wasnt really developed in this film. And maybe more of his story is yet to come? He was filmed a lot, to only be a driver to increase the price on John Wick's head. He fought John a little bit during the movie as maybe he blamed him some for Charon's death. that would be cool.
I have questions! Does Caine receive the bounty even though he's free from the organization? Will another sequel include Akira and Caine's daughter? Next generation, maybe? Is the spin off gonna include the great, late Lance Reddick?? How is Laurence Fishburne even more melodramatic in John Wick than in "What's Love Got to Do with It?"? Wait, That was Penny wise?? Okay hear me out... Bill Skarsgard as Pennywise in John Wick, let's go!😂
The writing has gotten better. I love all the new characters, except maybe the Marquis - he seemed more one noted villain. I love the Ip Man movies, but I would love to see Donnie and Chad team up and let loose in a movie in modern action movie. Don’t understand why Caine had to be blind. Is that just to slow down Donnie Yen? But overall, a very satisfying movie.
RIP Lance Riddick 🙏 and this is a masterpiece 10/10 I can’t wait for the spin off show and movie and the villain is one of the best villains ever and Donnie yun was great and the action was amazing
I went to see John Wick chapter 4 Friday and absolutely loved it. But I knew the experience would not be complete until I heard Jaby’s review/ take on the movie. And now I don’t even get to see him review it. 😢This is such a disappointment. This is the one movie where I think his review was the one I wanted to see the most. His love and passion about these types of movies and fight sequences is why I’m so disappointed. Not that I don’t love everyone else on this channel and for any other movie it would have been great but man I need to know how Jaby feels about this one.
John wick chapter 4 is a GOD in the Action thriller movie catergory Frames are Visual stunner Frames in the action blocks will lit screen's on Fire The most stylistic high octane insanity on Devil level Action scenes Bold, brawn, badass Staircase Fight scene's are epic 🔥 Climax marathon Fight scene's are study material Dragon breathe shot gun scenes are insane and unique
No. No it's not. First one is the great and it's a downhill slope from there. This one is a MASSIVE cliff drop in quality. If it had been 90 minutes instead of the 7 hour drudge I sat through it might be better
I honestly don't know what movie people are watching. I hated it. Having cool actors from other movies does NOT make your movie cool if you waste them. Having a 3 hour run time is not cool if your movie is bloated with repetitive headshots we've seen in three previous movies. They even repeated the dog stuff from part 3. And this isn't even the first time Donnie Yen has played a blind character! The CG in the car chase scene was embarrassing. Thanks goodness it's the last one. It has outstayed it's welcome.
I expected Jaby to review this movie
Instead he gave it to the D list people from the channel 😂
@@John_Locke_108 that's unnecessarily rude
@@tiffanykim2773 I know. Just give us the regular people. How rude of them indeed.
Haha loving that new direction hoho
My fav line of this movie in the final moment of the Duel:
"You arrogant SOB, He hasn't shoot yet."
Yo, I was cheering! 😍
Caine was by far my favorite character in this movie, with John Wick being a close second. Donnie Yen absolutely killed it in every scene he was in.
Keanu is actually left-hand dominant, but is ambidextrous; plays bass with his right hand, and in movies, mostly shoots guns or holds bladed weapons in his right hand.
I have to rewatch the movies. I thought he was left handed or just the duel at the end because of Caine?
He writes with his left hand in the movies too. Chad confirms he’s ambidextrous which makes perfect sense for the worlds best assassin because peaking left while being right handed with a gun isn’t the best scenario.
Haha interesting

If you have to regurgitate "cool" moments from better movies, maybe your movie isn't very good.
I loved "TheWarriors" reference with the radio host narrating Johns whereabouts. They even played the "Nowhere to run" song like they did in the Warriors!

One of the most incredible movies I've ever seen. Pure action masterpiece 10/10. Best action movie since Fury road

It amazes me at how different people's tastes are. I loved 1 and 3. I enjoyed 2 but for me it's easily the worst of the 3 to me. I haven't seen 4 yet.
I honestly wish John and Caine’s fight was longer.
loved the discussion but was really stoked for Jaby's review. Come on, it's John Wick man!
