Golden Ratio and Fibonacci Sequence are two different ideas. Instead of saying Golden Ratio as Fibonacci Sequence as mentioned in the video, its better to say that Golden Ratio is also called as "Extreme and Mean Ratio". Its the earlier name of the Golden Ratio coined by Euclid in his book series, Elements.

What is the meaning of organic looking?
To appear to the human eye the same way that certain things appearing appear in nature. Such as galaxy formations, shell formations, and flower patterns that all seem to be a perfect representation of the golden ratio or embody this “natural” or “organic” look
