As a contractor myself .. id say he got a great deal... And hes a good guy for helping the contractor whenever he could...he got lucky to find a craftsman talented enough to do the job without gouging him...

21 minutes -- I know it's more work in video production, but you could get wav exports of these song samples and put them into premiere where you can hear the source audio. Great video, just a tip.

One bit he breezed past. 2 laters of plasterboard/drywall.. no gap between them!!! I'll tell you straight that makes the biggest difference especially with keeping bass from escaping. I've learnt that by experience!!

I’m an hour from Indiana , if you want anything done w wood you go to the Amish . Or you go to someone and then he goes to the Amish , plus they do killer finish work in let’s say Cabins or retreats . Def not gonna find in California and they charge top dollar cheers BC
