That's why they work so well, their inevitability literally hangs on that respect. I'm so glad kdramas are creating this revolution in love stories where people don't change for people, instead accomodate them as they are. Same thing happened in CLOY. It's nice to know that I, as a romantic, am moving away from the trope of the bad boy changing for the good girl, of this black and white version of good and bad and love and hate. It's much more jaded and complex and imperfect - without romanticism.

This drama is when two soulmates get together. It shows that you need to respect and communicate with your partner, not just indulge in skinship. For all their worldly sins, they have a pure love and a healthy non toxic relationship. While I'm sad Vincenzo and Cha Young can't stay together in Korea because of the circumstances I am happy that they can catch up in Malta. They both are protectors of the weak and the exhausted in their respective regions and have a lot of things to do in their own domain. This is one unforgettable couple and a beautiful character growth for them both.

I think his feelings for her made him act on pure emotion. He couldn't be clearheaded at all. It was out of character for him to approach any situation without some kind of plan, but he didn't seem to have one when he ran off to rescue her...pretty telling.

I can't find an accurate term to describe the kind of romance they have. Subtle but powerful, short but lasting. The drama isn't even romance but theirs will go down as one of the most unforgettable. Brilliant acting.

This is more than just a TV show romance depiction... Such wonderful storytelling... They never even say the words but it is plain clear and understood. When Joon pulls her arm in the court house, saying he was concerned about her -- Vincenzo looks out the window . . . Yes, sending the same card was beautiful, Malta.

Omg this is my favourite song from The National! Chancenzo was THE couple of the year❤️. Not just romantically, but in the sense where they also complete each other outside of the love bubble. I personally didn't really like the pacing and some of the plot in Vincenzo for my own reasons. But I kept watching for them and their ending was worth it. It does seem unfair, but their route suits them. I'm glad they didn't show like ChaYoung dropping everything to join him in Malta at once. And Vincenzo even understands that. And that's how well the writers developed her which is often very rare in kdrama's for a female lead. Their interaction weren't bound by some some cheesy high school romance manual but was established as mature adults and there's something realy beautiful and satisfying about it❤️

I applaud this adult kdrama. I’m new to kdramaa and so many aim for the very young teenager viewers. This is an adult drama that respects its viewers’ intelligence. At times it was ridiculously silly especially in the beginning episodes. But I stuck it out and glad I did. Stranger is another one I enjoyed. Amazing Attorney Woo is good too.

I remember someone said that the director leaves the ending quite ambiguous which I think it was and also quite bittersweet - they killed off such a loved character at the beginning of the episode so it was hard to get past that plus even chayoung and vincenzo's ending was sad as they'll never be together in korea
I cried because I can feel that how much they have to endure when they need to separate, even proper good bye they did not stand a chance. (The scenes Vin embraced CY before go with Mr.Cho hurt me the most.) Just imagine the moments they went through everything from EP.1, they always been together, I cried. It’s just Drama, but I still cried. **The writer is a little bit merciless, and gave us BITTERSWEET ending. (Even knew how much we want them be together)
That particular ending with Vincenzo affirming who he is, is like a punch in the gut. He just said he is evil and he showed how violent he can be. How can Chayeong fit in that kind of life, with constant fear of him getting hurt and him hurting others. I feel he just has to choose to live a more peaceful life and come to Korea for them to be together. That's why the way they looked at each other the last time feels so sad. Like Chayeong wont be going to Malta, and Vincenzo cant come to Korea. Such heartache, just like how I felt at the ending of My Mister.

i was waiting for you to post aaaa. what an ending, the first kdrama that i watched while it was still releasing. i will miss them sm, were two months but it went by so fast, i cant believe i will keep going my life without screaming every saturday and sunday because vincenzo killed someone, or because vincha interacted or because i just hate/love hanseok too much or because hanseo is too cute to handle. i was without any expectation for this show and look at me now, spent 20 minutes ceying because its over. my top 1. this cast, this ost, the italian and english lines, everything will always be so important to me and have a special place in my heart. i will miss them.
Eventhough in vincenzo drama not much of romantic scenes, less skinship between them but yet they can potray their deep love, intimate passionates kiss like they were real love bird. What ever happens between them let us support them for their artwork. Both of them deserve to be happy and love. If they are meant to be together it will always do. For now we as a fans give full support for Joongki comeback and Yeonbin expands her career.

I can't find an accurate term to describe the kind of romance they have. Subtle but powerful, short but lasting. The drama isn't even romance but theirs will go down as one of the most unforgettable. Brilliant acting.

This Drama was incredible from top to bottom! I love how their love wasn’t the main focus at the end of the day despite us all being so thirsty for it lol…true and genuine lovers are always friends first. Seeing the development between these two over the past 20 episodes has been breathtaking. They truly respect each other and empathize with the other in a rare way. Agghhh I loved this!

Omg this is my favourite song from The National! Chancenzo was THE couple of the year❤️. Not just romantically, but in the sense where they also complete each other outside of the love bubble. I personally didn't really like the pacing and some of the plot in Vincenzo for my own reasons. But I kept watching for them and their ending was worth it. It does seem unfair, but their route suits them. I'm glad they didn't show like ChaYoung dropping everything to join him in Malta at once. And Vincenzo even understands that. And that's how well the writers developed her which is often very rare in kdrama's for a female lead. Their interaction weren't bound by some some cheesy high school romance manual but was established as mature adults and there's something realy beautiful and satisfying about it❤️

This is an adult drama that respects its viewers’ intelligence. At times it was ridiculously silly especially in the beginning episodes. But I stuck it out and glad I did.

I remember someone said that the director leaves the ending quite ambiguous which I think it was and also quite bittersweet - they killed off such a loved character at the beginning of the episode so it was hard to get past that plus even chayoung and vincenzo's ending was sad as they'll never be together in korea

(The scenes Vin embraced CY before go with Mr.Cho hurt me the most.) Just imagine the moments they went through everything from EP.1, they always been together, I cried. It’s just Drama, but I still cried.

That particular ending with Vincenzo affirming who he is, is like a punch in the gut. He just said he is evil and he showed how violent he can be. How can Chayeong fit in that kind of life, with constant fear of him getting hurt and him hurting others. I feel he just has to choose to live a more peaceful life and come to Korea for them to be together. That's why the way they looked at each other the last time feels so sad. Like Chayeong wont be going to Malta, and Vincenzo cant come to Korea. Such heartache, just like how I felt at the ending of My Mister.

what an ending, the first kdrama that i watched while it was still releasing.
i will miss them sm, were two months but it went by so fast, i cant believe i will keep going my life without screaming every saturday and sunday because vincenzo killed someone, or because vincha interacted or because i just hate/love hanseok too much or because hanseo is too cute to handle.
i was without any expectation for this show and look at me now, spent 20 minutes ceying because its over.
my top 1. this cast, this ost, the italian and english lines, everything will always be so important to me and have a special place in my heart.
i will miss them.
