Great video man! I’m from central Florida and run a soft wash / Pressure cleaning business here. It’s all about going that extra mile for your customers man. They always remember that and will always recommend or call you back because of that. Keep it up bud !!
I’m glad you mentioned about those marks on the roof tiles I had the same issue on a few roof that I had but I noticed that was the design. I’m glad you clarify that.
Now that was some awesome effort and super job. There is nothing like having to come back because the daylight just runs out. I hope your customers was ha more than happy with the pool cage.
I’m in your location homie! What mix you doing on clay tile roofs? I’m just getting started. Gotta tile roof to do next Tuesday. Like your content bub!
Cliff great job on cleaning that roof what is the best way to clean the front side of the title I had one early this week and I had to clean the front curve from the ground I also had to go over it three times to get it totally clean spraying it at 5% but it came out nice customer was very happy thanks for all you do to us newbies.
I get what you mean on the tile design! We had a roof wash customer with three separate roof tile colors. Night and day difference with before and after photos as well. BUT! The customer was convinced their roof wasn’t clean since we didn’t “pressure wash” and due to the darker tiles that were cleaned but dark. Kept comparing to their neighbors freshly cleaned ALL RED tile roof.
Hahahah, it's crazy and most of the time the customer moved into that house while the roof was already starting to get dirty so they never know what color the roof is exactly.
Nice work bud. I did a roof like this the other day and I had to tell the people that the black areas was part of the roof. I did that same style last week. I live in Florida. What type of tank do you use for SH ?
Great video cliff you do an awesome job! I know the market is different everywhere I’m on the east coast of Florida pricing dirty tile roofs .20-.25c a sq ft and people are acting like I’m being outrageous. Am I pricing to high or is that good pricing?
Thanks, Id say those people either are uneducated or just cheap. To clean something that will last years after being cleaned and adding life to their roof it should be a no brainer to pay that rate.
Thank you for the quick response. I’m just getting started trying to make something of my company and it’s been tough. If you don’t mind me asking what would you say a reasonable price to charge for tile/shingle/metal? If you don’t want to post that on here I understand.
@@JoeKampff-x7h price varies so much. Market/overhead/experience/supplies cost all that plays a part. That's why you see guys charging .15c and some charging .40c.. that's the range I've seen since I started.

Great video boss man! Just curious what you sprayed on the mud dobbers and also saw you didn’t cover the door an it was wooden, whatever that you sprayed is that something that can mess the wood door up?
No need to. 1 I'm using chlorine and chlorine is in the pool. And 2nd it's not enough to change anything in a pool with thousands of chlorinated water 3rd I'd have to charge a whole lot to find cover for each pool. That's not feasible
Cliff great video on that roof cleaning. man, that thang is clean looks like a new roof my friend what percent of sh did you use on it and did you use any soap with your mix was you using a J rod raise tip to apply the mix
I used my jrod that's meant for a 1wv pump not my jrod for my pressure washer. 6% mix and yes I always use soap on roof washes to make the sh stick to the roof.
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash thanks brother. If you don’t need all your hose can you leave the remaining on your reel and be just fine? Seems like an idiotic question but I’d like a second opinion.
Is it really worth the liability of walking on the cusomer roof for softwashing with all the broken tiles? I would think it better to document with a drone and spray from a ladder using a long wand extension. Dunno. I've dealt with some very unscrupulous lawyer homeowners that the HOA maintenance guys told me to stay away - that they were shysters. Another great video! Love your awning education. Keep it up!
Yes it's worth it to me. Others may try a different approach for their business. Video footage is really helpful to capture the inital walkaround before cleaning ans making the customer aware of any broken tiles. Pictures also help if Video isn't available. Not everyone has a drone as well. You're not spraying every section of that roof from a ladder it has too many angles. But it all boils down on what you're willing to do and not do. I don't stain wooden fences but I will gladly clean them. I don't install gutter guards but I'll clean some gutters.
Good stuff ! Brodie can you tell me the solution you use on roof and driveway ? I’m new to this and I got a couple jobs lined up and I wanna lock them in
