- *UPDATE* since I have bad abdominal muscle separation from pregnancy, the device didn’t give me any results as far as fat burning. The muscle separation causes my stomach to stick out very far. It’s not fair, is my muscles separated so nothing will illuminate that tummy pooch besides surgery. I could tell my skin tightening a little bit and then maybe lost a little fat around my waist, but none on my belly. After I had my surgery to correct my abdominal muscle separation, I will be able to get a better review!**
Im going to use this for 8 weeks and just see what happens! Ill post a progress video even if the results are minimal.

Anyone using a device like this, USE CONDUCTIVE GEL, oil blocks the the current keeping it from working, water based gels only....just thought I would share😍
The gel also has to have minerals in it in order for the device to work.

You missed your calling as a great instructor! You are the only video that explained how to use this tool in great detail, including what the modes do. The written instructions are usually unclear, but this how-to instructional video was clear and concise. Well done!
I have a 6 in 1 version of this. It works great but one of the biggest keys to getting great results is using it in strokes and repetition. Also drink a lot of water. Great video and good luck to you all

I have this tool, got it off Amazon for £20.00. I use mine for 10 minutes most days along with walking, eating home cook food where possible and drinking water. I haven’t lost weight by I have lost fat which was what I was after on those stubborn bits on the tummy. After 3 weeks i started to see some toning. It’s not dramatic but great as part of my routine x
You should try Alli pills. I lost 4 pounds in one week.
Are you using infrared mode? I used 3 times per week per 10 min in small areas. It burns fat. I can see results in the first week

Ok. I just got mine home today. I find their booklet to be very lacking. They didn’t even tell you the recommended amount of time. I really appreciate your help.
**UPDATE**So I must admit I've been too busy to use this product every week like I should have to get maximum results (I think I used it for about 5 weeks), HOWEVER, I CAN say that it **WORKS**. I saw the most difference in my waist after about a week, and under my chin like the next day or 2. Both places I had a little extra fat I could pinch. I did feel slight warmth from the device in certain places of my body while using it but NEVER hot enough to burn. It was a pleasant warming sensation. I used it in combination of either coconut oil or fat burning oil I got from ebay. When I did use it properly for a few weeks, I noticed I could pinch LESS fat around my waist than before I started using it (however I did not do before and after measurements sorry) and the areas felt "tighter" almost the same or next day. Everyone's experience will be different but I feel like it works. In reference to TIGHTENING my SKIN, I DID NOT notice a difference in my sagging belly skin or stretch marks unfortunately. I also did not notice my stomach any flatter BUT this, I think, is not due to the device! I have a bad abdominal muscle split so no matter how much I use this product, I will have a big belly until I have surgery. After surgery I think i will use it again to see if I see a difference, that's IF after surgery I still have some stomach fat I want to get rid of, but hopefully not lol I hope this helps. I still thinks its a MUST BUY because you cant beat the price and quick results (in my opinion). Thank you!

qtepiee88 there is a workout called t-tapp that helps with diastasis recti... there are some RUclips videos if you type it into the search... there are real women who have experienced healing and closure using this method... at least try it before going under the knife... 😉

Ive been using this for 1 week already. Seeing somw results. Most of my jeans are already wearable. Plus i always workout 3 times a week with a healthy diet and lifestyle.

It also helps to exercise, deep breathe and massage your body. It helps move everything through the lymphatic system

@@PositivitysDustHello and yes it works on me but it goes back after many days, you just have to be consistent on your diet and workout and with that device is a big plus. (Honestly I quit working out due to some reason that's why it goes back).

You don't need surgery to correct DI just do different variations of vacuum exercises. I went from 2 finger separation to a barely being able to get the tip of my pinky into the muscle gap😍

After watching a load of click-bait rubbish, it was great to find a proper explanation of what, where, when and how. Mine wasn’t the bargain yours was (like 3 times the price, wtf!) and I didn’t understand the difference between the functions, but I do now.

Just to be clear you do feel discomfort when you have the sticky pads on and bump yourself with the metal plate while it’s on. It feels like someone pinching really hard. Don’t bump yourself with the metal plate while using the pulsing sticky pads. Also, if you want max results. It is best to use this product with a skin tightening, anti cellulite and stretch mark reducing massage oil. I used m3 naturals anti cellulite massage oil from Amazon paired with the infrared. I can’t tell you how great this has worked. In 4 days my pooch was down a whole half an inch and my stretch marks are almost completely gone. Never been pregnant. I broke my ankle on December 26. I had to lay on a couch for a couple months, so I ended up gaining some weight. I have paired these with exercise and a healthier diet, along with not eating after 6. Tremendous results.

I felt the same as you about understanding how the product works. I unfortunately did not receive an instruction manual but did contact the seller to get one. I was anxious to use it meanwhile and your video was very instructive. from Amazon. Mine doesn't come with any gel.. But because I read the reviews I came prepared and ordered clear gel as well as the fat burning gels. My instructions weren't very clear as to how the actual device works. That's why I'm on RUclips trying to find out. This video was very useful regardless 😃 thank youuuuuuuu. 💓
