My issue is in Shopify platform and merchant center, that the price in Shopify and the website is correct but merchant display the price of the first variant. I checked all that you say on the video, and I figure out that the merchant center reads of:price so the structured data has not setup correctly. How I change the structure data to shopify? do i need a developer?
You can easily fix the structured data and opengraph values by following the link in the description, or click here: feedarmy.com/kb/shopify-microdata-for-google-shopping/
Hello Emmanuel imy gmc account show me this error (Automatic item updates active [price]) but in my store the prices are correct; they ectualy take the price for another variant in this product, do you have any hack thank you.
Make sure your structured data is correct and shows only 1 product. Also, display only 1 product and price on the landing page. And if you are rendering open graph, then this must also be correct. What you need to do depends on your eCommerce platform.
Thanks dear. I have a store that sells goods worldwide and for that I'm using a plugin that automatically show different prices in different countries. Im also running ads in USA for one of the items but merchant center shows the currency mismatch error after crawling the site in India and says that price doesn't match. I tried to make it USD but doesn't help either. Kindly help😊
Considering adding a single character letter reduces website speed, your request would theoretically be impossible. However, if needed, my code can be tailored to your store to remove any excess coding, limiting extra coding. Feel free to reach out at hello@feedarmy.com Thank you.
This is so damn annoying. They're HORRIBLE with helping with ANYTHING. I wish there was less authoritarian platform with as much traffic man. These tech companies suck.
The main problem is that the issue is most likely with the 3rd party eCommerce platform. And because each platform has a different solution, they are not comparable. For example a solution for Shopify will not work on WooCommerce. Considering this, Google will not explain specifics for thousands of eCommerce platforms. That is why hiring a developer to help fix the issue would be the best solution.
@@feedarmy yes yes. I know there is a logical reason for not helping BUT what I'm more concerned about is how they will just BAN you because you're making mistakes that are not exactly common sense mistakes. It's like they give you 3 strikes with no guidance. Then punish you for not learning with no instruction.
@@tigreytigrey8537 Generally if you have a mismatch price, you have 28 days to fix the issue. The issue you describe happens with 1 every 20 merchants. This can be due to missing details on the website or in very very rare occasions when the website is 100% an issue with Google. If it is Google, and you kindly ask them to check, it will be fixed in a few days. Yes Google is pretty much a self serve platform and all issues require to be resolved. In any case I hope my videos are helpful as that is the intent.

7:57 How long it will take for google merchant to auto update price and availability?
If everything is correct, usually 24 hours, if it takes longer than this, there are still issues.

If you are using automatic currency conversion, yes that will be your issue, don't use this. Instead allow users to switch the country manually.
@feedarmy okay dear thank you so much 🙏🌞
