As of August 2, 2024, Google is experiencing issues loading products in the Google Ads UI. The interface prompts you to reload, but no results appear. I recommend reporting this issue to Google Ads by clicking the help icon and selecting "Contact Us." If you have followed my guide, and it does not work then contact Google Merchant Center support or submit feedback to Google to fix it. Of course assuming you have added the correct link URL, as explained in the video.
@7:18 I do not have the "set to" option , only "standardize" or "clear". Did I miss something?
Set to is the first option in the replace attribute data, you might have accidentally chosen modify attribute data, which you don't want.

Two hours searching for a solution to the inactive "Next" button in feed add and I got it!
This doesn't work for the latest version. No option to add gtin
If there is no option to add GTIN attribute, that means the GTIN does not exist in the primary feed. In that case, simply set brand and mpn to clear and identifier exists to no.
Omg about 900 items with gtin issues seemed to magically disappear, thank you so much!!!!

The "Use template" and "Choose spreadsheet" buttons are not working, they're unresponsive and they grey out after clicking once. The window with Google Sheets is not opening like in your video. I tried incognito mode and it's the same. Is anyone else having this issue? What is happening?

I have a feed I added to google merchant center next and now I have inventory problems and price problems. I was told by webtoffee who my feed runs from to add the store code to the supplemental feed. Do you know how to do this?

I imported products from shopify using google channel, when I get first time GMC misrepresentation issue, this time I saw that it's manually reviewed, but I didn't request manually. also always get 3 times request review. but this time I get only one time send request review, when it failed, the button was not visible. I don't know why I facing the issue, waiting for your response

For example, we have one Shopify account, but separate GMC sub-accounts and individual feeds for each market on Shopify (each country has its own market on Shopify and its own GMC sub-account and feed). in my GMC I can't see any option supplemental sources. I followed your all steps but I didn't get this option, I really need to add supplemental feed, I am using shopify content API.

This doesn't work if the user pays using Shop Pay.
Thank you for sharing, it seems to be the case that Shopify does not receive the required call back from 3rd party payment systems. This was also an issue with additional scripts. I will check if anything can be done. But I know it has something to do with 3rd party payments, not sending all the required signals to Shopify.

"Uncaught (in promise) SecurityError: Failed to execute 'joinAdInterestGroup' on 'Navigator': May only joinAdInterestGroup from an https origin."? In Google Ads, I don't think so, are these WPM links? If so, there is no way to remove these from Google Ads. It's an URL generated by Shopify Pixels.
So what happens when you choose not to include the checkout link? Does it take them to the product page instead?
Then no buy now button shows on your shopping listings. By default, regardless if you add the buy now button or not. The ad directs you to the product landing page. However, if you add the buy now button, you give consumers an extra option in your listings.
first off kudos for sharing this! I've had the Shopify Customer Events setup for GTM for a while now, but I ran into a new limitation just now. Looks like the sandbox prevents out-of-the-box GTM click events tracking functionality, as I wanted to track specific click events and send them to GA4 so that I can A/B test something, but it's just not working the regular way. Did you ran into something similar or maybe know a resource that solved this?

Does this setup double-track if i also use the "Google & RUclips" app? Or how does that work?
It should not double track, however it is possible if both conversion actions have the same transaction ID. best to only have 1 option.

@@WaqasAhmed-fx4ii By waiting 24 hours, and seeing the results. The issue with pixels is that it runs in privacy mode / sandbox mode, which means it's not visible, there are tools you can use, but they do not all provide the same level of reliable details. Hence why developing this code is very difficult.
On the new interface in 2024, feed labels can not be changed for existing feeds. One need to create a new feed, then enter the label while creating the new feed and then delete the old feed.

Thanks for the great video. I was wondering why we needed to use Google's sheet template and not submit our own. Looks like with the issues you mentioned, it might still be better to just copy the work into the existing template.
I believe it is yes, however the feed selection issues, are now also on other supplemental options.

My apologies, I have now correctly added this for the update json file, called 2.021. When you have succesfully added this version, yes you can remove the other remarketing pixel.

However, I'm trying to track purchases in GA4 using Google Tag Manager, but I lose tracking once someone enters the checkout process, up until the purchase is completed. I followed the steps but it's still not working as expected. The purchase event also doesn’t show up in the GTM preview. Any advice or help is highly appreciated. Kind regards
That sounds like the thank you and order confirmation page in your theme are not published for the new version. Check my article at the bottom for troubleshooting.

@@knisternde4266 There have been many reports of pixels not working. That is why I have given it all for free, as for some reason there are 3rd party apps or shopify settings that are blocking pixels, and I do not know why, as Shopify does not give any tools to problem solve this. So unfortunately if it doesn't work, contact Shopify to check if pixels are being blocked.
Having an issue with my products in Google Merchant Center. They’re showing as 'Out of Stock' in GMC, but they’re available and in stock on my online store. I’ve checked the merchant listing schema, and everything seems correct. I’m also using data sources found by Google. Anyone have a solution for this?
Also check your opengraph data, you can do this by checking the source code and search for og:price As you said you already checked the structured data, make sure that if you submit variants, that only that specific veriant shows, as that is often the cause of your issues.
@@feedarmy We currently only add simple products without variants, and we haven't included price and stock information in the OG tags. The products are added through WordPress on custom PHP sites.

If there are no conversions after 1 day, and you have installed it correctly, the issue will most likely be an app that is blocking pixels. Check the website article at the bottom to troubleshoot common issues.
This is great! I think the "Google Analytics 4 Page View" custom event listening for "page_view" might be incorrect though, as the Pixel is firing dataLayer event "shopify_page_view"?

Once you have verified the new tracking is working, yes, only have 1 purchase action set as primary.
Help: After this Step Go to Workspace > Tags > Click on Google Ads Shopify Pixel Conersion Tracking By FeedArmy. Post this when I go to tags it has 10-12 tags isted there but not the one mentioned exactly by you. It says Google Ads Shopify Pixel [Add Shipping Info] Tracking By FeedArmy, Purchase, Page view, Add to cart. Which one to use ?

Once delete there should be a 14 day window, check your email which should include a recovery link. Alternatively contact Google Support.

Yes, you can start ads with any product, regardless of click potential. Click potential is based on product information and historical performance. So this will change over time. There might also be other reasons that influence click potential that Google is hiding. But regardless of potential, just setup the ads, and improve performance.

Sounds to me you need super admin access located outside of GMC, you can check here: business.google.com/manager/people
