Just did a quick search and was unable to find anything on this band. Were they popular?
But I can easily find Aussie punk band The Victims with their first release being in 1977.

not The Victims I thought. The original The Victims punk band from Perth Australia in the 70's

who the original victims were is arguable, the NYC victims actually had a record out before the guys from perth
