Fantastic techniques! Thank you! 😀❤️🤗🩵🌈
Beautiful card with hearts, you can use an Stamp Pressure Tool Tools Black it’s easier then you don’t need your mussles to press.
Love these ideas. I have several stencils that aren’t easy to ink blend through . . . this way I can ink blend my paper and be able to use those stencils with a much cleaner look! Excellent idea!!! Thank you. 🥰😊
Love the vibrant colours and cool techniques! Happy New Year Jennifer xoxo
Thanks for sharing. This looks like fun, and not very messy (which is a deterrent for me).
Great tips and techniques Jennifer and love the simplicity of your cards! You always amaze me with your creativity!🩵
Thank you for mentioning that you misplaced your reinkers! It's encouraging to know that even pros lose things.
Beautiful colors, Jennifer!
Stunning creations Jennifer! The cards are gorgeous and I love the technique. Can't wait to see how you "step it up" as you like to say with embossing folders. Thanks, as always for sharing your time and talent. You're always a joy to watch. have yourself a wonderful day. 💜
Love these techniques and the colors you chose.

You’ve been missed! Thank you for another great video. Can’t wait to try the technique with rubbing alcohol. 🤗
I got the wonderful Spellbinders Advent you recommended (the 24 day one) and had fun not only opening each days window to see what I'll get but I subscribed to a number of RUclipsrs, such as Ruth Hamilton to see what cards they'd make using that days goodies - I've already ordered some Spellbinders Papers, Arch Dies and Floral Dies so I can get started on cards.
I made videos with the advent calendar!
Great technique with the alcohol, Jennifer. I have not seen that before. tfs! Great cards ❤
Fantastic cards Jennifer. And what a great technique.
I'm hoping to try this over the weekend. Looks really fun.

Fabulous cards. I love the colors. And the results really are very crisp. I have one of those continuous spray bottles. I’m gonna have to try using alcohol in it. Thank you for the amazing inspiration!!

I love this idea. Once again thank you so much for the inspiration ❤
Great new technique thanks Jennifer❤
Glad you are feeling better!
Love this technique. Will definitely try this out soon ❤
Jennifer, I remember the last time you did this technique. I think it was several years ago at Christmas time. You were using the new release from memory box, and I think I bought every single die from that video😂. Are you trying to break me girl?😂jk
These are beautiful. Thanks for the ideas!!
I appreciate your videos so much. They are always inspiring and I am looking forward to trying them. You are amazing!!!!
These cards look fabulous!!!! I was just saying I’m going to start making full sheet backgrounds then cut them up!
Oh how fun , thanx jennifer
Amazing - thanks for these techniques
Great technique! Can't wait to try it!
Great ideas, thank you!
I love this, I’m going to use it tomorrow. Thank you!
Love the look of this technique! Can you say more about why you shouldn't use alcohol to clean stamps?
It will damage them
I always use alcohol to clean pigment ink from my stamps. How does it damage them, please? 😮🤔
Love this
Love this technique. I think I will try spritzing some gold or silver. I love a little sparkle.
Thank you for sharing
The alcohol makes the design look misty , mysterious and ethereal pat
LOL- I thought you were saying you were changing the sentiment to "love you alone". I thought that was a bit strange! Enjoyed seeing this technique and wonder if the alcohol would work on embossing folders....
Love! I have already had a play, but mine didn’t seem to turn out and I ended up using water. Would love to hear what inks others try and have success with - I have tried my Simon Hurley inks (so far). Might have to do a panel of different brands to see what responds best!
Love this look. You didn’t mention that this results in any embossed like texture, I wondered if the dampness of the paper wouldn’t press into the stencil? I’ve had that result using water. I’m really looking forward to tomorrow’s video. TFS
it does give that subtle texture. i just didn't mention it. :) and rubbing alcohol doesn't make the paper as damp as water
Hello from France.
Your videos are great! But I have a question : why can't we use rubbing alcohol with our stamps ? Is it also with clear stamps ?
Thank you for your answer.
It will damage them.
These are really neat looking. I will have to try it. But I have a question…I have the My Sweet Petunia Glue gun. But I can’t keep the Nuevo glue in the gun from clogging. I have tried putting a straight pin in the glue bottle, but then it doesn’t sit right into the holder. What do you do to prevent this from happening? I love the thing but it is always a bother to unclog when using it!
Try adding a little surfactant like a drop of dish soap to your water, instead of alcohol. The soap should allow a much smoother application of water to the stencil.
Beautiful cards but I’d have to add bling. I can’t help it. I’m addicted! Lol!
I tried this technique today with Distress Inks. It was a fail. So I tried it again with Distress Oxide Inks. Another fail. My isopropyl is 99% weight by volume, and I think that might be the problem. So I used water with Distress Inks, which gave me an acceptable result. Before I removed the stencil, I spritzed it with Distress Mica Spray, which gave it quite a nice shimmer. Once it was dry, I ran it through my Fuse, set to 5, to take care of the wrinkles.
Beautiful cards. I got to know...what is the heart die you used for embellishments?
These are unique and beautiful effects! Does the card smell like rubbing alcohol?
i didn't notice any! it really isn't much that transfers
If anyone has an issue with the smell from rubbing alcohol as I do, I add Peppermint Essential Oil just a few drops. This takes the odor better. 😊
Jennifer - where did the “with all my heart” sentiment die come from? I looked on Simon but I can’t seem to find it. Would love to get my hand on that one!!
Have you considered using a soft embossing pad and running it through before removing the stencil for texture?
that's what i am doing! that gray flexible mat is an embossing pad. it does give a bit of texture.
Have this method been tested with Distress Oxide? That's the only water reactive ink I have but one would think it should work similarly... 🤔
What glitter card stock did you use for your sentiments? I’m having trouble finding a good glitter card stock that die cuts all the way through for sentiment or intricate dies. Thank you!
sorry this was a scrap. but i REALLY like the pinkfresh glitter papers
What flexible mat are you using with your embossing machine?
I hope your shoulder is healing well.
Anyone in Australia - what's our version of rubbing alcohol? Where to get it?
❤🎉😊
I have even asked your ppl and everyone else and get no where! I have a switch and they are the only electric machine I have never seen or talked to anyone that has figured out how to emboss stencils or dies with. I was hoping if anyone could figure it out it’d be you or you could talk to Tim, but it never got that far. It’s very frustrating. I don’t want to drag out an old machine I want to get rid of when I invested so much in this switch. But someone said try a crease pad so I bought one. But could you please try to get some attention drawn to this very frustrating problem for me and perhaps ask Tim about addressing this problem? Thank you. God blessed you with not only talent but a heart for sharing kindness another gift.
i am very sorry. i don't have the switch, i don't use sizzix products. i am sorry! i have every other machine lol. I don't think tim uses it either, but i could be wrong. i am sorry.
These are very pretty and unique cards! The technique almost has a similar look to when you use white pigment ink (less vibrant). I think the name of the Distress color is “abandoned coral” not coral reef…just in case someone is looking for it….TYFS! ❤️🦋💜
