for the bento box, It was supposed to be leek instead of green onions. The grilling part for the bento has several seasoning, it was sake, mirin, and soy sauce. Make sure to saute the beef and onions until the onion is brown and flimsy

There should be one more recipe. In the first episode, I think Saburo told Tanjiro to stay with him until the morning because there were demons out there at night, that time he served dinner for Tanjiro. I think that is what was missed.
For the udon, I'm pretty sure it's served with just a raw yolk instead of a sunny-side-up egg. This is pretty common in Japanese dishes. Everything looks amazing and now I'm hungry!
for the udon, i don't think it's a sunny side up egg, but it's just a raw egg yolk on top of the grated yam. but it's a great video nonetheless, big fan of all the "Delicious." :)
