I love that you’re trying to lift the stigma! I also had a miscarriage and it wasn’t until then my older sister shared she’d also had a miscarriage! It’s crazy how we don’t want to share this, it helps others to know how “normal” it can be for women

It takes a lot of courage to share something so personal to you. But it definitely has a msg n I hope it will bring in the positivity 😊😊

I think it takes courage to share about your miscarriage and I appreciate your intention of bringing miscarriage into the light. As someone who also suffered a miscarriage at 18 weeks (far less common) I appreciate you speaking out. I also appreciate the trigger warning, however, you should also mention the fact that you are talking about a miscarriage while you are successfully pregnant again. That’s a trigger for a lot of women who miscarried and it comes across as really insensitive that you don’t acknowledge that. Also, it’s misguiding to say that feelings “just go away” and never come back. They are cyclical by nature and loss never completely goes away. When you grieve a loss you can be triggered by anniversaries, birthdays, holidays. Meditation is not a cure for feelings no matter what you have been through And it’s dishonest to present it as such.
I noticed you did the same thing in your pregnancy video - you were selling meditation and a smoothie as the key to an easy pregnancy. That is also dishonest. Pregnancies (and losses) are nuanced, like life. There are ups and downs and good and bad. Why try and insist that something should be all good all the time? That’s the definition of Spiritual Bypassing. No amount of meditation would have lessened my once a month 3 day migraines or my constant nausea and fatigue during my pregnancy. I tried by the way. Those symptoms were not a result of something I was or wasn’t doing in my pregnancy (aka meditation). And a smoothie would have made me sick as I could literally only eat savory for the first trimester. It’s obnoxious to blast your easy pregnancy all over the place and then chalk it up to your lifestyle,it’s a bunch of BS and you risk alienating the majority of women who, during their pregnancy, struggle with nausea and cravings.

I wanted to share this video with my friend, but her being pregnant in this video stopped me. Not everyone can get pregnant again and some people didn't want to get pregnant in the first place and won't try again... but all of these miscarriage videos are all about getting to the next pregnancy.

There is no pregnancy without implematation, even biochemical. What kind of doctor can say that?
