Please clearly mention what should be the gap between drinking water in the morning and anulom vinolum pranayama And after how many hours we can take breakfast and for beginners how many rounds we can do ,the best time to do,do we need to expand our stomach and chest during inhalation and contract during exhalation kindly cover all these aspects thanks
