    Please clearly mention what should be the gap between drinking water in the morning and anulom vinolum pranayama
    And after how many hours we can take breakfast and for beginners how many rounds we can do ,the best time to do,do we need to expand our stomach and chest during inhalation and contract during exhalation kindly cover all these aspects thanks

    Sir meri age 40 ki hai maine pranyam her roaj 2 ghante shuru kiya or mere sfed daag thay matlab fullwehri thi per aaj 50 per khatam ho chuki hai per beeach mai shoad ne ki bajha se per phir b aapki video her baar dekhta hu kyoki mai or jyada sikhna chahta hu .yeh comment chahta to nhi v kerta per mai her us insaan ko batana chahta hu jo shayad meri terha or v kisi takleef mai ho aap log v roaj guru g k hisab se pranyam kro zakeen maniye bahut farak padta hai .

    guru ji main 30 saal ka hu..main pichle 6 mahine se prayanama kar raaha hu..mujhe bp ki problem ho gye thi par thik ni hua..aaj napa to bahoot jyada nikla kya karu.main 15 min kapalbhati aur 20 min anulom vilom kar raha hu..kya karu guru ji kuch bataiye?

    Namskar swami g m big fan of urs me apk sare vidio dekh rahi hu aur follow b kr rahi hu mujhe yog me pehle vishwas nh tja bilkul b bt mujhe kuch din pehle grdn me bhut jada painvtha med kha k b koi relef nh tha fr mene achanak apka vedio dekha cevical exercise use mene do din kiya bahut fayda hua aur mujhe na six months se sinus ki prob hai me uska ilaz dundh rahi thi tabhi apki vedio dekhi sr mera ek side right side ka nose block rehta hai specialy raat ko jis vjah se me so nh pa ti aur kabhi sir k vack side pain kabhi neck pain ye sb hona shuru ho gya hai me anulom vilom krne ki koshish krti hu to ek side se sans nh le pati to sans ander hi rwh jati hai aur muh se sans li jati hai is se koi nuksaan to nh hai agr is ka koi hal hai to plz btaye thank you
