I have ridden X440 it is a very well balanced bike. One feels really good riding it. The best advice is to go out and try and see if it matches your style & expectations. His only regret is that when in the city he cannot ride with his wife/pillion rider. They had a tough time sitting on it for 1hr and not comfortable for them. X440 is more powerful and has a bigger back seat as shown in this video. If you do not have pillion concern, then wait for Himalayan 450 and do the comparison
After owning Tvs Apache 2006 and Dominar 2017 i was confused but after test driven both triumph speed and Harley x440.. there is no comparison at all both are different leagues and finally Harley is for me.. now waiting period starts🎉

The TFT provides all info as it does on all Harleys & has been suffiecient all along. Its true that sometimes certain things look good in real life than on reel life. This motorcycle with its premium badging seems to strike a balance between city and the occasional highway rides for the indian consumer. Seems like a win to me, hopefully.

I am not a regular rider, but long rides give me pleasure. Speed is not aim, but comfort and cruise at 80-90. I had almost zeroed in on tvs ronin in mind, until x440 and speed400 arrived. Speed400 probably doesn't fulfil my requirement. I am not very well built, with 5'6" height. What would you suggest me? X400 or ronin?
In your previous video you had mentioned that the cables on the right look very shabby as they should have been from inside tucked in. You even commented that you didn't like it When the final production comes out, will HD be able to ensure the wires are properly tugged in?

Sir, I have a friend who lives in Karnal, Haryana. His main issue is after sales service. In his city he only has one Hero showroom and that too doesn't bother with premium segment bikes (anything above the commuter segment). So he is worried if Hero will open a premium showroom/service center in Karnal or without atleast 30-40kms of Karnal. If you have any info regarding Hero's plans with the 100+ premium showrooms/service centers, then please let us know. I live in Kolkata and we have Harley service centre here, so it might not be any issue for me. But I want my friend to buy it as well, that's why asking you here about this problem.

Well I am also very conflicted about those 2 bikes, but the 2 valves in harley can cause some serious heat issues as it is in hero xpulse. This might be a deal breaker for me.

X440 may be hit or miss few punts which biker will compare and may not like, many don't like the hard to ear exhaust sound for some period of riding it may be good to senses but long hours sound definitely tires your brain , you can't hear metallic jazz music for long many people don't buy diesel cars because of their engine sound Secondly x440 is costlier than triumph 400 top variant Thirdly t400 makes same torque almost at same rpm may be at500-800 rpm more which hardly makes difference But power difference is about 13bhp which makes big difference Fourth,service interval x440@ 10000,,t400@16000kmeans 6000 kms again it is big for daily common rider it comes to 3-4 months, this visit to service center means saving money Regarding Bluetooth connectivity automatic headlight are fancy not must for rider and it also deviates the attention Why should one pay 30000-40000 extra for less powered bike ,and power makes difference Bluetooth, Also better warranty in triumph 400 2years unlimited kms
What u said about 16000 km service interval is for good road and ride condition. I don't think it will be able to hold after 8000 to 9000 service interval. Our road qualities and riding behaviour of people also goes against triumph bike. All goes down to service cost and service centers between harley and triumph

First thing out , in India you will need to change oil every 5 -6000 kms even if it is motul 300 v or any long drain oil .Dust , moisture ,heat rain , traffic , makes service interval shorter. 16000 km os even longer for large 4 wheelers . If you need to keep Engine transmission in up condition you need to service it more . It's marketing gimik .Every mfg wants there products serviced more frequently for keeping there service centers income ticking .

Sir is that wire beside handle being hidden in some way after during delivery. In other video its said thats bcoz bike is in pre-production phase.

Clearly 50k 7 years is a better warranty than what you mentioned.
