Do you by any chance know the dimensions for the 3.5. 1.25 and the 6.0, I have all machines , the software Im using now , American Buttons I dont care to much for, The button guy software was great ! but discontinued, I was so hurt lol Great video!

How do i create the designs without so much color bleed and just fit it to inside the circles? That seems like a lot of printer toner and ink waste

just make it smaller to fit your button size.
