    what if client didn't close contract after job completed ? What's my JSS ?

      You can close the contract from your end, as well!

      @@Niida5079 UPDATE: now a Top Rated with 100% JSS... Long story short, After my 69% rating I contienued applying jobs and compleated them and contiued climbing back again. One client of mine gave me lot of job contracts. :)

      Exactly the best way to recover! Because the JSS is calculated over several different time periods, a few recent jobs can dramatically improve it

    should be called CLIENT SATISFACTION. Who can judge the job
