    That lowball bounce to AB was phenomenal ! NEVER forget that SIDES called a TIME OUT when CC made a 3/4 course pass to I believe AB made the hoop but SIDES called a time out when ball was halfway to its target . I’ll have to look up the exact time, but it was in the FOURTH !
    SIDES SHOULD BE PUT ON THE ADIOS EXPRESS ASAP !

    • @tom7471
      @tom7471 Месяц назад +1

      Too many over-reactors asking for her job. Can't you see they are all improving? (Well, maybe not Smith so much). It is too bad this world is one of humans needing instant gratification instead showing some patience. It takes time for a very young team to grow. It is non-linear in nature.

    • @jacquescousteau217
      @jacquescousteau217 Месяц назад +1

      @@tom7471 Christie Sides is incompetent in the extreme. One doesn’t even have to understand the basics of basketball to understand the idea that one team attempts to throw a ball through a basket ten feet above the floor of opposing team. The coach is supposed to have the best five players on the court at any one time. A coach may change players when there’s dead time on the ball but . The coach should constantly be watching their players. The lineups generally two guards, two forwards, and a center, but that’s far from set in stone as their are variants of say what type of guard is Caitlin Clark - point - She pretty much views the court,and teammates , and makes decisions. The coach sitting on the bench tells the players who to play, and where to play at any given time logistically. Clark gets the ball under the Fevers basket on a rebound, and A Boston - forward - runs down the court to LV,s hoop on a fast break Caitlin throws a pass to her - about 3/4 the length of the court - AB catches the ball, and throws it in for two points . However. After CC threw the ball ,and it was halfway to its target A B or maybe Mitchell already running the fast break Sides calls a time out when ball was IN THE AIR. Sides had not viewed the court, and had no idea what was going on at the other end of the court ie. The offense was ready for the Clark long pass. It would have been two points Fever when they still needed it. It also could have forced a foul by the defenders , we will never know how this would have played out because Sides had no idea where the ball nor her players were. I apologize for such a terrible, and long winded, and terrible explanation.

    Caitlin Clark will be a legion barring serious injury. We have never seen such a gift passer off the dribble and in traffic. She is in a shooting slump right now, missing 3s she normally knocks down. When she gets out of this slump, her game will rise to a higher level. Yes, she is a generational talent. One peer in the league said early in this WNBA Season, all she does is shot 3s - Ha Ha. I expect her Assist Totals in 2024 to be the best ever, or 2nd best ever. Great all round baller!!!!

People out here can be activists and popular celebrities in their lives, but this is a sport and a professional job to every single one of these women in the WNBA. They are - and otherwise need to be playing BASKETBALL!!!!!!! CC and AB can be a huge duo. THESE YOUNG PLAYERS OUGHT TO BE ALLOWED TO PLAY BBALL WITHOUT THE ABUSE.
    Let’s return to that. Caitlin is “doing her thing”… we should all be proud of her and allow her to play to the highest of her ability without fear or angst regarding hate and hurtful language and hurtful behavior. Flagrant punishment physically has never been a rite of passage in WOMEN’S

    Caitlin Clark leads the WNBA in Assists and 3PM - has averaged 16.7 points, 7.6 assists, 5.9 rebounds per game, just attained the coveted Triple Double Double Stat - 19 Points - 13 Assists - 12 Rebounds in a single game defeating NY Liberty - FIRST ROOKIE in the WNBA to ever do that, and is the first WNBA player to have 29 points, 13 assists, 5 rebounds, 5 steals, 5 three-pointers, and 3 Blocks the a game against the Washington Mystics
    Caitlin Clark has literally revolutionized WNBA Women's Basketball to a new level, rewriting the records books with every game she plays, is without a doubt the WNBA League's ROTY and MVP, the greatest woman's basketball player of all time !
    Yet WNBA powers that be, which includes Indiana Coach Sides, GM Lin Dunn, hates Caitlin Clark and her massive success, talent, generational skill and massive box office appeal that is embarrassing the WNBA elite powers that be with every game CC plays.
    Cheryl Reeves in particular is doing she can to deny Caitlin Clark any opportunity to play in the Olympics, why, bc of personal hate bias, who knows full well CC is by far the best player in the WNBA along side Aja Wilson as evidenced in the ALL-Star selection
    Caitlin Clark embarrasses and humiliates the WNBA self-anointed elite powers that be haters, particularly in this instance Olympic Coach Reeves, defeating Reeves Minnesota Lynx in the 4th Qtr
    Caitlin Clark has multi-million dollar endorsement contracts with NIKE, Gatorade, and Wilson Basketball - who joins only one other player - Michael Jordon as the only other athlete ever sign a signature endorsement deal with Wilson Basketball, along with of course women's apparel, make up, accessories, etc, why, because corporations know who the real superstar talent is, who has drawn in millions more fans to watch Caitlin Clark, NOT Angel Reese, NOT Diana Taurasi, NOT even Aja Wilson and Kelsey Plum, who could quit the WNBA tomorrow and go play for any international league and still be the women's basketball superstar that everyone would watch, bring in millions more fans and dollars to the league she joins.
    If that were to happen the WNBA would literally fall back into the abyss of irrelevancy !
    The entire country, as well as the rest of the basketball watching world, sees all of this happening before our eyes, leaving CC fans blood boiling mad and angry at the WNBA, their putrid corruption, personal subversion, irrational hate for the greatest women's generational transformative basketball player to ever exist - Catlin Clark

    If Clark doesn't get the rookie of the year
    Then there is some thing really wrong with the wnba

    Let's talk about the coach of Caitlin Clark, If the Fever really wants to win and grow the sport then why are they not promoting the sport with the person whom is brining the fans? Why are they not show casing all the rookies who brings so much to the sport? I am about to walk away from ever watching WNBA again if they do not start respecting the rookies whom bring hope and money to the sport.

    Look what she did 4yrs in a row at Iowa. Can she maintain this pace? Shes already proved she can. I see her taking the Fever to the playoffs this year. Winning that I dont see. Next yr watch out I see them goin all the way if Sides can get out of the Fevers way and her Teammates wake up and play better

    Great content. Thanks. However, the Wings are not a "formidable" opponent. They have the worst record in the league. Lets keep it real. no need for hyperbole, she is the now and the future of the WNBA. Curry is a great NBA comp

      They did rise to the occasion and played an amazing game.....you can't say the did not....scoring 101 against the fever is an accomplishment for sure.....fever failed to capitalize on many opportunities, missed 3pointers, missed conversions on passes from Caitlin and others......definately props to the wings....

    both teams are at the bottom in defense so not a strong team 25 assists if her teammates had better skills

    I am a 'white belt' for basketball, but I don't get why Clark gets 12 feet from the rim, in the center of the key and throws the ball way back to someone behind the 3-point line(?)

    As amazing as her performance was, I think we're going to see 20+. Maybe even this season.
    At the start of the season, there were a number people saying she'd have trouble adapting to WNBA pro ball. Seems to me it's the other way around. The WNBA has to adapt to her. I think, through the 26 games played so far, she's discovered something: pro players might be better, but no, they still can't stop her.

    I “Beleive” that coach sides is unable to say anything “Positive” about Caitlin and that sides is a hinderance for the team and that CC should let the Fever management know that She wants to be traded at this break and or take Herself out for the remaining of the season or “Fire” sides because she is a horrific coach for witch of whom is “Unable” to give a compliment to CC period. #firecoachsides
