I would grade the 1855 O Seated Half Dollar at EF with a low ball value at $125. As a buyer I would give you $100 and get it graded PCGS. I don't think it was cleaned.
$365.. you made out like a Banshee...it is worth a way more!!! That collection is worth over a thousand easy! That 1855 Half is for sure MS, grade it at PCGS... and I would get some of that old copper graded, and some of that late 1800's, early 1900's silver is in Mint State... I get so jealous, every time I see your Hauls!!
That barber dime reminds me of something that I got from a coin show. I was getting some dimes for $3 or so and apparently one that was really worn was a key date, very similar to yours there. It's about the same grade as yours (good) I'd say, but is still worth quite a bit. I guess some people don't bother checking for key dates sometimes.
phenomenal pick my friend. You can probably hit $500 w/ using 5-10 of your coins. Unbelievable find man congrats!!! Believe it or not u might be able to get $500 w/ that seated liberty half it might get an ms grading maybe even an ms61, it's hard to tell by video though u know! Gl & have a great day
That collection is now on my "Bucket List" (To purchase such a collection "at face" in my 'hood!) along with finding a gold coin (domestic or foreign) in a Coinstar return chute (or lying on top of the machine).
Those 3 draped bust large cents are worth around 50 bucks each!! Also the seated liberty half id say from what i can tell may grade an ms62-ish?? And id keep it, worth close to 250 -300 bucks maybe more graded! U did well friend!
I got a lot of Canadian cents ranging from 1951-2008 I also have 1975 Canadian quarter, as well as 2007,2000 and a 1965 large bead Canadian Nickel all for sale or trade. not a big collector of foreign coins I'm a big collector of U.S coins
i think the seated half might be cleaned, judging from how all the darkness in its nooks and crannies is missing from the fields. does it seem to have hairline scratches? most likely AU details
Yes it looks like its been cleaned...i did it myself to some common morgans,to know the difference from cleaned and non cleaned with different methods...i found out that cleabing them with toothpaste or with abbrasive substances is not a really good idea, also i cleaned them with ear sticks and liquid soap and its a really good way to clean silver coins,it leaves no scratches...most of cleaned morgans i cleaned, had scratches which means most of them were cleaned before, but only 2 of them were not cleaned and now both of them has mint luster, almost no scratches....but best thing to do is not to clean them😂😂😂
The 1809 and 1810 Large Cents are especially nice. That was during a period when the mint used a softer copper alloy and those coins didn't wear well. My 1810, while I picked it up cheap, isn't as nice as yours. I do have a couple of later large cents in MS62 and MS63 RB (slabbed). Neither was cheap, though.
I believe you started that fire. Oh and the seated half grades at EF40, may come back ungraded “Cleaned” or “Burned”. The flying eagle cent may not be a clipped planchet. May simply be “damaged”. Still a nice haul from that accidental fire.
You're obviously a very professional well spoken passionate collector I enjoy your videos how much would you be selling that point for I'm interested in buying it
I don't actively collect US coins but the Flying Eagle 1c 1857, the Indian Head 1c and the beautiful 1854 3c I would definitely be very happy to have. Especially in above average condition.
I’m definitely not eligible to give that seated half a grade but I think you really should get it professionally graded, that’s an awesome coin you got there.
Nice pickups! Those large cents are really nice, some are worth quite a bit more than the silver! You should have no trouble getting close to double your money if you were to sell it all. Those morgan silver dollars alone can sell for close to $20 a piece on eBay and if that seated is graded VF/EF or better which the obverse looks pretty good you should be able to get in the neighborhood of $100 for that one alone in an auction! However, I would probably keep the seated half and the 1921 peace dollar, they are quite nice. Well done!
I have been buying uncirculated Seated Liberty half dollars lately, certified by PCGS or NGC. I think that 1855-O with arrows coin is probably an AU-55 or AU-58. Kind of difficult to determine by looking at the screen- better if the coin was examined in person. Let us know if you got it graded already. Oh, & if you decide to build a collection of Seated Liberty halves in mint state- I can tell you they are EXPEN$$$IVE 😳 as the bank account will get vaporized QUICKLY
I guess we have different opinions on coins because I don't consider many of the Barbers and large cents to be in that good of condition, in fact, I find maybe only half of all those coins to be great examples.
XF-AU on that 1855 O. It may have been cleaned a while back. May get a details. I would send it out if you have a lot of coins to send out. By itself, probably not, it's a gamble.
I would think that you could get all of your money back just from selling the more common dates of silver in that lot and then all of the copper coins, coins in the holders and key dates would be profit. And by the way I usually don't keep the folders I get with wheat pennies or nickels in them either. I put them out when I have a yard sale and they sell very quickly then I put that money back into silver.
I would if the opportunity arose. He's in Toronto (I believe) and I'm generally in the US. Although I am currently in your home country, believe it or not.
Great finds Silverpicker! I must admit it is love at first sight for that 1855 seated half. Please keep me in mind once you decide to sell it. I know you'll ask a fair price and I will pay it. Best wishes and HH, Dave. p.s. check out my video from Oct 2014 when I found an AU 1859 seated half 10 inches deep at a pre-civil war park. :-)
cool presentation buddy enjoy it first before you take a profit on your treasure, ireally enjoy watching your coin collection even I know it's not mine.
@@Silverpicker It's still a really nice coin though. Most seated halves I see are anywhere from VG-8 to F-12. It would probably have a nice home in a type set.
I can see the 1855-O seated half in a PCGS XF45 or AU50 holder. In an AU50 slab, this is nearly a $300 coin. If it comes back as an XF45, it will be worth about $150. You should probably be a bit more excited about that 1810 large cent. That's a classic head, and classic head large cents are tough to find in high grade. I can't tell much from the video, but if it comes back in a problem-free PCGS F15, you have a $400 coin. In VF20, it jumps to nearly $1,000. The key to value here is get it back in a straight-grade holder. I gather my pricing info from auction achieve data from the PCGS Coin Facts app.
Awesome finds. I'd be interested doing another trade with you for the Large Cents and the Seated Half (that is if you don't put it in your 7070 which is where I'd put it if I had it). I've got a good amount of 90% coinage to send your way if interested.
Hello! I am a 14 year old ( actually my birthday is the 29 of October) but i am Interested in collecting buffalo nickels and might purchase some of them. I may not be able to do PayPal or something but i am still interested or maybe a trade. Thanks! Also good haul!
That is the most amazing seated half I've ever seen
How much for large cents
I would grade the 1855 O Seated Half Dollar at EF with a low ball value at $125. As a buyer I would give you $100 and get it graded PCGS. I don't think it was cleaned.
It could easily grade au, which would make it 5 times that much
And again, the luckiest person I know to get such a great score! great video!
Luck+Hard work
Also, that's an awesome score on those large cents. Regardless of condition, that 1800 is awesome. Who knows who used that coin..
Totally. It's so cool to hold a piece of history in your hand like that
What a beauty ! She (Miss Liberty) is ready to get up and walking away. Great find!
Holy crap! That seated liberty alone is a $500 coin if it's graded! Amazing score! I dream of finding a collection like this.
7:08 1931?
Kit Kat lol
1831
Yes its from 1931 (lol no)
thank you for showing us your great haul. I'm in the UK and like to collect coins. I love the old American coins.
Awesome! How fortunate you are! Enjoy! I enjoyed the Video! A piece of History there!
hey silver picker do u still have the 1809 Large cent and the flying cent?
The seated half looks like AU Details ENV. Damage to me if it helps
Thanks Noel!
$365.. you made out like a Banshee...it is worth a way more!!! That collection is worth over a thousand easy! Amazing hall silverpicker!!
Thanks for sharing
Haul*😁
Hi just wanted to know what you payed for the coins
You can remove tarnish and Soot, using a soft white eraser, just a coin tip, as well it will not damage the coin
Hey I'm interested in the 1800 large cent how much ya want for it? Great haul btw
Hey I would be interested in the junk silver halfs how much are they.
Beautiful beautiful collection!! Sad story but beautiful coins!
Do you still have the draped bust and capped bust large cents?
phenomenal pick my friend. You can probably hit $500 w/ using 5-10 of your coins. Unbelievable find man congrats!!! Believe it or not u might be able to get $500 w/ that seated liberty half it might get an ms grading maybe even an ms61, it's hard to tell by video though u know! Gl & have a great day
Thanks a lot! I sure hope so
Its not an uncirculated coin.
Very nice collection!! :-)
Thanks Julian!
How much are some of the oldest large cents of you still have them?

Yeah, well your wrong. This is not an uncirculated coin
Hey do you have any Canadian pennies because I'm looking for them. The older the later. I need most large cents but some of the small ones to.
I got a lot of Canadian cents ranging from 1951-2008 I also have 1975 Canadian quarter, as well as 2007,2000 and a 1965 large bead Canadian Nickel all for sale or trade. not a big collector of foreign coins I'm a big collector of U.S coins
Wow!! Shame I saw this nearly four years later. Nice coins.
Silver picker I think that 1909 Indian Head Penny is very valuable because that's when they made 1909 wheat cents
It is not that much more valuable only 5-10$ more the first year 1909 wheet cent v.d.b is the most valuable
what's up bud!! nice find, how much are you selling the mercs 4 ?cuz I'm interested..
how much do you want for the coin books and the silver certificates and the Indian heads I'm very interested in those
amazing work my man.
i think the seated half might be cleaned, judging from how all the darkness in its nooks and crannies is missing from the fields. does it seem to have hairline scratches? most likely AU details
Dan Connaughty I agree looks suspicious with the black around the bust
I was wondering that myself. I'll post a video soon that focuses on that coin and we can take a closer look
the only way is to grade it:)

Marvellous they are
Awesome collection and purchases
Keep posting
My love from India 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Wow, that's a deal of a lifetime!
Hopefully one of many more lol!
I hope so. You have great content that's entertaining with deals can't imagine! Keep on picking

Good for you...the hard work pays off.
Much appreciated!

good to see your not dead
I don't actively collect US coins but the Flying Eagle 1c 1857, the Indian Head 1c and the beautiful 1854 3c I would definitely be very happy to have. Especially in above average condition.
Those are nice coins
@@Silverpicker I am in England, if I found something on your videos that I would be interested in buying what is the best and safest way to pay?.
PayPal is the safest and easiest
Awesome Seated Liberty half!
Nice score!!!! I would have guessed you paid less but there is still plenty of room to make money. Too bad the bronze coins are dirty.. Good find!
Absolutely! I like when I can pay enough to make my customers happy and profit too!
If you have a coin that's not worth anything but is dirty can you carefully wash it with dish soap just to make it look better?
I can't wait to see what you got.
lots of great stuff
Thanks!

I would like a few of those large cents... Should I give Silverpicker an e-mail?
I think it is worth having it graded by the way it looks!!
That seated liberty half is a very eye appealing coin. Its probably an XF45.
Thanks! Gonna do a video highlighting it to give people a better look.
I guess we have different opinions on coins because I don't consider many of the Barbers and large cents to be in that good of condition, in fact, I find maybe only half of all those coins to be great examples.
I guess I'm referring to a comparison between what you normally find in amateur collections
very nice seated liberty half dollar
Thanks! Happy to add it to my type set!
XF-AU on that 1855 O. It may have been cleaned a while back. May get a details. I would send it out if you have a lot of coins to send out. By itself, probably not, it's a gamble.
Thanks for the advice!

Where do you find these crazy hauls all the time??
I am a collector and I would be more than happy to take those a large cents
😁
what is the mint mark of that 1909 indian penny? s?
I know I'm asking very late but I was wondering if the 1809 large cent is up for sale?
What is a 1853 big penny worth
Is a 1853 big penny worth anything
You thought about doing a video together with Coinpicker?
I would if the opportunity arose. He's in Toronto (I believe) and I'm generally in the US. Although I am currently in your home country, believe it or not.
In Israel??? Is there anything to do here? xD
Interested in the 1809 large cent. Price?
Just wow!
Thanks, Shelly!
do you still have some things that are unsold
HolaSoyAlejandro Email me at thesilverpicker@gmail.com
Silver picker, I subscribed and turned on the bell, I just have a question. How do you know what garage sales have coins? Plz answer this
For the 1896 s barber dime it is in rough shape but you can probably sell it for $20 or a little more.
Great finds Silverpicker! I must admit it is love at first sight for that 1855 seated half. Please keep me in mind once you decide to sell it. I know you'll ask a fair price and I will pay it. Thanks! Glad you're enjoying the vids!
Could you make a video explaining about certified coins. NGC etc.
The half dollar looks xf40-cleaned to me. You could get it graded because i am no expert on pcgs grading, but you have my two cents now.
I think you might be right on it having been cleaned :(
@@Silverpicker It's still a really nice coin though. Most seated halves I see are anywhere from VG-8 to F-12. It would probably have a nice home in a type set.

2:55 my 1890 Morgan is JUST like that one. Was it a New Orleans? That's what mine was.

How do you get this much stuff???
Hard work. If you knock on a hundred doors, one will open
Where'd you get all that stuff?
Do you sell any of them?
you should check the 1909Indian Head cent for s mint mark because it is a key date
Alas it is not
That half dollar would probably come AU-50 Nice Coin!
NOT AU
Nice purchase you will definatly make your money back.
The seated liberty half dollar would probably grade at least 40 range
well, with just the seated liberty, you made well more than what you paid. cool come up man
so, no 1916 D merc or 1877 Indian head?
I would sell it for way more than 600 bucks. Those early 1800s large cents, i think would be worth a couple hundred bucks easy.
I'll buy all the cents and that star note
That flying eagle penny is a clipped planchet. that's a pretty rare error for such an early coin💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰
Not too shabby, right?
How do you find these garage sales?and where do you live!
Check local papers and craigslist
Where could I get this stuff?
Got good information from you short a couple of goodies I’m sure you can double your money.
How much to buy a large cent or a barber dime
How much for the 1809 large cent?
How much for the flying eagle error?
