This video is especially good for those that are hiking Mt. Leconte for the first time. Many people don't train for their Mt. LeConte hike. I believe this is a mistake. Many people have knee or hip pain going down the mountain, or they can barely breathe going up the mountain. Or they slip and fall injuring themselves.
