Still now i know motichur laddu is made only from besan... Strng... It could be made by moing daal as well

Besan is actually one kind of flour that is made from daal. Cholar daal. I do not know the Indian name but I guess the daal that you people use to make chole bature.

This is moong daal halwa not motichoor ka ladoo. The science behind motichoor ka ladoo is that every tiny boondi (moti or pearl ) in that ladoo should separate when u break it open. And that can only happen wen every tiny pearl is fried. And that is why it has got the name moti (pearl). The ladoo in this video is just a random halva sweet n I bet it cannot beat the taste of traditional motichoor's ladoo
