Ingredients - 500 - 525g Laddu ke lie
Besan - 120g / 1 cup
Pani - 1 cup minus 1 tbsp ( 210-215g)
Food Color Kesar - optional 2 pinch
Ghee - fry karne ke lie
Cheeni - 185g (1 cup se kam)
Pani - 140g (1/2 cup se jyada)
Rose Water - 1/2 tsp
Liquid Glucose - 1 tsp / 5g

I made this laddu today. tasty. I added honey as I did not have liquid glucose. also had no colour. it was bit thick, so adding small amount of water made thin. added flour to adjust. STILL, it came out yummy. has good flavor because of rose essence. smells and tastes really good. i just crushed by hand mildly as proper sieve wasn't used to make bondi. you are true, tastier than many sweet shops. Thank you so much for true teaching :-)
I also referred masala kitchen's way too. both are almost same except honey.
you are true, I have observed the butter cup paper oily/wet spots when they put laddu to show us. Fake sharers.
