I bought it in Maharashtra
Hi i am from tamil nadu but am working in private sector at pune, my company is head office in tamil nadu i have been transferred to pune!
My company has its office all of india(likely tamil nadu , Maharashtra , Bangalore, delhi , Rajasthan)
6months ago i have asked both TN and MH state car dealers , they said governments has hold the BH Series for private sector employees!
How come you got the BH number since your also in private sector!
Please sir, can you tell me how to get a BH number, it will be more helpful for me
Get an RTO agent if the dealership isn't helping.. they'll take a few thousand rupees but they'll help you get a BH plate
Visit Pune RTO once, it’s not stopped for Private employees but has become difficult. You’d find consultant in Pune RTO who can help
@pranayk37
19:22 guest said he bought it in Maharashtra and did BH In Delhi.
I’m getting a car delivered in August 1st week in Andhra Pradesh , but in Andhra BH is not yet implemented. Nearest state is Karnataka BH is available there. But RTO says I should be working in banglore. Or else they will not issue BH plate. Is it true ?
Im a psu bank employee.
I need some help here please.
You will need to have a Karnataka address proof if you want to get the BH number plate from the KA RTO.
What about during resale?

Is the registration fee paid every 2 years fixed for all the instalments or is there a possibility of it changing?
Fixed from what I've understood so far
What if you change jobs after 2 years which does not meet the criteria before of a BH number
You don't need to upload new documents after two years
Who can can buy a pre-owned BH plate vehicle? Whether same criteria is applicable as new one or how it is?
The next owner will have to apply for a fresh registration. The original owner will retain this number plate.
what happens if you join a company which doesnt fall in BH criteria - can we still continue or there is some catch or have to pay remaining amount or have to go for fresh registration
As things stand, I've heard from people who have renewed their registration that they didn't have to upload any documents again.
For selling the new buyer also need to have office in 4 states or psu,cg employee ..you totally missed that
Yes the new buyer needs to be eligible for Bh
Misleading video !
Why did he got it done in Delhi ? I bought Honda Amaze and got BH number from RTO within Pune, whole process facilitated by showroom officials !!
And, selling is difficult. No Spinny, Cars24 or such resell companies take it. You have to invest time to find buyer who is working in MNC, too much hassle.

I have BH number, got sms to pay the upcoming 2 year charges. DO we need to go to RTO again to verify Form 60 eligibility again ?
@@pragmatic-pr no. Online. Let me know how is your experience
@@pranayk37 I got it in 2022, got Form 60 from company I work at. It was used in RTO, I think BH number was not that tough in the beginning compared to now.
Are you sure we need to again to verify Form 60 eligibility, In one YT video, he was saying no need to reverifying, I also didn't get anything in msg regarding reverifying the FOrm60.
Have paid the 2 year tax online and got sms also that its complete
I wanted to ask when you're selling BH registration car the buyer has to be eligible under those 4 BH criteria to buy it right? Or anyone can buy?
Yes the buyer has to be eligible. But if not eligible, it can get changed to state registration too.
@@pranayk37 ohhh thanks, btw you're videos are great and informative I'm loving it,keep it up
My perception is in this BH number owning is new VIP culture started by Indian government for limited access for people 😅
I have a question regarding the transfer of ownership when selling a BH-registered car. What if the new buyer doesn't fall into any of the four categories eligible for BH registration? Will they still be able to buy the car? Will they face any issues after purchasing it since they are not eligible for BH registration? Kindly clarify.
The next owner will have to apply for a fresh registration. You will retain this number plate.
Responded to you on the other video
What happens when you switch company which doesnt meet the bh criteria?
They don't ask you for documents at the time of renewing your 2 year registration so you're ok
Hi thanks for the quick response. I just had another question to ask. If I buy a 2nd hand bh series vehicle, during the transfer of documents, do I need to pay the remaining registration amount in one go or the process stays the same , i.e I pay every 2 years
Every two years would be my guess@@Anand_Jena
Arbitrage opportunity: someone needs to start a fake pvt ltd business with business in more than 4 states and then whoever wants BH registration can become an employee with a certain fee like 5k Rs.
It'll sell like hot cakes among the small business owners who are in the market for highly priced cars.
Good luck to that business showing so many employees 😂
Sir...2 years wala rule change ho gya h kya??
Mujhe showroom wale ne bola aapko 14 years ka ekbaar dena hoga
No, that doesn't sound right. Please push back to your dealership
same , also my showroom dealer said that. Now we need to pay for 14 years at one time.
I have a BH registered car ,on my transfer to Andhra Pradesh i am being told by the RTO here that i will have to pay lifetime tax as AP doesn't accept BH .I dont know how to proceed ,will i have to cancel my BH registration from the registered state and then do registration in AP .Getting BH cancelled wont be hassel proof as i will have to go the registered state.
Why are you changing the BH number plate at all?
@@pranayk37 I don't want to change BH registration, the RTO person here is asking me to pay lifetime tax if I am staying in AP,which by the way will be at the most 4 years or even earlier .In a way they are not recognizing the BH registration done in other state and according to them if I want to use my vehicle here I will have to pay one time full tax .Can I be forced to do registration here in AP ?

Well, how many times you were attacked
BH tax should be calculated on basic price excluding GST and (maybe including CESS). You ask for refund if RTO has calculated wrongly.
Refund process is mentioned in below RUclips video:

I had purchased BH series vehicle in Karnataka and its not possible to transfer ownership to the non eligible BH series person. Not able to transfer to state registration (KA) even after I am ready to pay the life time tax as per the MORTH regulations. Simply denied by officials by saying no software update for life time road tax payment, which make us to ride another person vehicle in risk without having ownership nor insurance. Pathetic experience😢
Lot of headache while selling
Rajesh was so excited to divulge all this info, I got distracted
There is no need for this bH nonsense. Private cars can be driven anywhere.
Yes, not necessary at all
Certain cases where you move to different cities, it becomes tough, especially Bangalore where other state registered vehicles are usually stopped and pressurized for local road tax
