Changing The VineCo Moscato With A D47 Yeast Mod

I decided to try changing something in a wine kit and see what happened. It was mostly successful but I did get a scare after fermentation was supposed to stop. In the future, I'll have to do something differently to make sure it doesn't happen again, thankfully everything turned out and we have an awesome wine.

I enjoyed the video. I’m still learning and experimenting. I had some old honey and tried my hand at mead. It finished way to sweet for me. I’ve got 2 gallons of pineapple that is 58 days in that I used over the counter juice and L1118 yeast. We shall see how it comes out. I haven’t invested in a way to bottle it yet. Like I said. I’m a novice.
