Good video and the closest video iv seen to help fix my problem but not quite... My problem is as follows, however i just dont know how to fix it... I have an external hardrive which is powered by a plug, which connects to the pc via USB... What has happened around 5 times now is that my PC installs a particular update (not sure which one) and automatically restarts itself, unfortunately however, this is usually when my external hardrive is plugged in... If I am not by my pc when this happens, the boot up gets stuck on the lenova start up screen, if it is left for a long time, when I turn the external hardrive off at the mains and restart the pc, it gets stuck at the blinking curse and there doesn't seem to be any fix for this. I have tried every method I have seen on youtube but it seems as though my external hardrive is stopping an important update from happening and therefore damaging the OS, meaning the only option is to keep reinstalling windows every time this happens (5 times now) If you can help this would be MASSIVELY APPRECIATED. @@mistercach If, after trying all these steps multiple times, you have not been able to find the issue, your most likely looking at a faulty component preventing the motherboard from working or a motherboard issue. I would start troubleshooting each component, starting with the charger and power jack. You can see those two videos here; ruclips.net/video/YBhsVHideGE/видео.html & ruclips.net/video/HpabvrNaodU/видео.html. You can also try replacing other components like your Power Button to see if that is the route cause. If none of those are the issue, you would then be left with a motherboard replacement.
I changed the boot option from legacy to uefi, saved and exited. Now i have "no bootable device -- please restart system" and I cannot access bios settings anymore.☹️

I have a question regarding a Lenovo M820z ThinkCentre..I've been having a lot of issues with it not being able to locate the OS and I've had to reset it a bunch of times. I bought a new Crucial P5 Plus 1TB PCIe M.2 2280SS Gaming SSD that I would like to try to use as a second hard drive if possible. However, I'm not sure how I would use the cloning software to get the stuff off of the original SATA if I am replacing the hard drive if there is only one slot. Hopefully this makes sense.
Hi, I have a problem that no one has ever experienced it before (tried searching google but no result): After updating my BIOS, it booted fine, it is still usable as usual until now, but I cannot access the BIOS. Tried F2 button, tried accessing via UEFI firmware settings, tried triggering the NOVO button at the back, but the same black screen showed after getting into BIOS. So far I am still using it totally fine with Windows 11 OS , just worried one day something is wrong with the OS and I may have to reinstall it, then blank screen BIOS would be the problem. Should I unplug the CMOS battery? Thanks in advance! Updated: Unplugged the CMOS, boots norrmally, but BIOS still shows blank screen 😂😂

Sounds like your on the correct video. Have you tried the steps seen here? Also, did anything happen before this issue appeared? Liquid spill, overheating, Windows update, etc?
1. I will definitely put that on the list of videos to do :) But for now, after a liquid spill, you want to first make sure the computer is 100% dry. You would turn your computer off immediately by pressing and holding the power button until the computer turns off. Then you would disassemble the computer as much as your comfortable with, at least trying to remove the bottom case. Then you would turn it on its side and let dry for a couple days. Have you done this yet or are you sure the computer is dry? 2. If its a liquid other than water and may leave a sticky residue, then you would want to use an old tooth brush and some 70% - 90% Isopropyl Alcohol to clean every surface that may need to be cleaned before letting it dry fully.

@@PC_Monkey yea but its differnt bec it have a light it light to turn on but the light turn on for few sec. but the screen donot turn on then the light turn on automatic
Hey Mate i have big problem , my pc tunrs on , the fans go on then fue sec and they go offf , after that they turn on and num lock is blinking cant find the isue

I have a problem with my Acer z5w1, the screen is showing that it's on but nothing is being displayed and when does display something it's showing that the pc is auto repairing without it actually completing the process. Then it goes back to not showing anything

@@PC_Monkey I'm unable to access BIOS. The original windows that was there was windows 8 and then I had to install windows 10 on it but I have never experienced any problems using windows 10 from time I installed it. The problem of the screen not displaying anything started when I took the pc for repair,it needed new hinges. The person I took the pc to told me the screen is fine but he tried to attach it to my laptop it wasn't showing anything but on another laptop it worked
I have an ideapad L340 / EFI PXE IPv4 Boot failed keeps showing up / changed to Legacy bootup and , restart just goes into a cycle mode and nothing changes , How do I fix this issue ?

Im having issues with my gateway laptop at first it wouldn't turn on some pop did get wasted on the keyboard unless i put on the charger but after i wipe the screen and the keyboard with alcohol it turn on and stayed on for awhile. I was to get to the screen to put in my pin but when i tried to put it in the number come up so push the number lock key and it shut off again now it won't turn back on

1235 I was on and on a site. I laid a plastic bag that contained thick plastic jewelry keeping zip locks. On the pad that you can use by hand to direct in stead of a mouse.I walked away for maybe 5 minutes. I came back to a blank screen.I tried unplugging the cord for power and took out the USB for the mouse. I turned it off and waited.when I turned it back on the Lenovo comes up. Nothing tried again and it came up and fixing problems. Nothing.The power has a small light next to power button.It blinks on and off. I have everything but taking the back off. I am not tech savvy.Im actually dumb when it comes to this. Computer is less than 6 months old.Dont use it slot. I was on Temu when this happened.Bit never had a problem before.😢 🙏
I have a lonovo idea pad 1 that i completely over-rided with ubuntu linux. It started flickering but now screen is black without curser upon restart. :(

Could you please make a video showing how to clean a laptop interior after liquid damage (water, soda, milk, juice, etc)?

The keyboard lights up on power, and escape and a couple over keys and the fan comes on.
