I am glad you shared this! I’ve heard about it and was leaning towards it for my special needs son. Now that I got to see inside I know I am making the right choice!
We are also using WWW level 3 and love it! Occasionally I will change a prompt to something that better suits my son’s interest, but in general this is perfect for kids who want short bites of writing each day. Easy for the parent as it is completely open and go. I’ve noticed, for myself at least, if curriculums are overly complicated it will not get done! I really enjoy this and I think it is perfect to add to TGTB LA.
Yes, I used level 8 with my son last year. I noticed a huge improvement in his compositions last year. Definitely prepared him well for his 9th grade year.
If you use the full set for the level (grammar, spelling, writing), the writing and grammar parallel pretty frequently. Ex: level 2 grammar goes over simple and complex sentences, writing at the same lesson has them apply those skills to the writing assignment
I know this is a LA video but, I was hoping your could do a video on Apologia math3 and TG&TB Math3 comparison. I know you have used them both and I think it would help a lot of us out. I will also shoot a message over to Ashely as well because she has used them both. I think it would be great if ya could do a video together and share both of ya's opinions.
I guess that depends on where your daughter is with the writing process and what she knows? They do have scope and sequence on their website you can see what each level covers. I have a third grade kiddo so not sure how much help I can be for a 7th grader, sorry!
We will be using Winning with Writing level 5 for my soon to be 11 year old this coming school year. Wish we had found it sooner!❤

It does get extensively harder and we have decided to let this one go

Yes! We love it! Glad to see another family using it.
It seems so good. I’ll keep it in mind. It kinda seems like the spectrum writing workbooks from Amazon. 😊

I’ll try but I don’t have the math 3 book anymore, I’d have to use their free pdf for example thanks for the suggestion
Thanks@@blessedhomeschoolmess
What are your thoughts on where to begin? We have never used this curriculum and my daughter is grade 7.
