@@Mdgutierrez Sorry for the delayed response! You can keep track of your hours on an excel spread sheet or a notebook and then later when you are applying to PA school, you enter your total number of hours of shadowing into CASPA!
@@Mdgutierrez I would just document in an excel or notebook as you go! When you enter into CASPA, you enter your total time you have done with a PA, not each individual time!
It is a size small here! My normal size is a small. I have a try on of both the xsmall and small shirt in my Instagram highlights if you are interested! :) If you wanted a tighter fit I'd recommend sizing down, but for a looser fit I'd stick to your normal size.

How long did you shadow?
I shadowed for a total of about 50 hours!☺️ that’s definitely on the lower end though!
After you shadow where do you have the PA sign off? Do I have to print out a shadowing template?
I didn’t have the PA sign anything! CASPA is an honor system and programs can call the PA to confirm you shadowed there if they would like!
