I love your videos! I have trick for those awful cramps.. I take and old sock fill it rice and drop a few drops of lavender oil. I warm it up in a the microwave for a minute until it's get hot but not scolding. I put that under my fupa it helps with the cramps. I have bad ones 😢..

Hello dear! I'm new to learning of how bad your cramps are (trust i deal with them too), however GINGER has been helpful. Have you tried that? Ginger capsules and consuming raw ginger into smoothies and such. Ibuprofen sometimes still be needed, but ginger has soften the blow for me.
