This video is Gods-sent! I've struggled so much finding an interesting colour scheme for my IW. Thanks to you, my quest is over. I may tweak it a bit, adding a bit of the green you used on the vehicles, but this approach is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks a lot, mate!
dude, you are knocking these outta the park. I don't even like iron warriors and now I need to go buy another AoD box set to start an IW army. Phenomenally done!
I gotta say, your Iron Warrior scheme is definitely helping a lot with my own. Not necessarily for infantry, but definitely on character models or vehicles, where that color contrast the high lord blue and warrior skin add really do make them pop.
I've been going back and forth on collecting Iron Warriors for a little while and after searching around the net, your tutorials for them are frankly excellent and I will be following these closely. Thank-you for the inspiration. :)
I've had my HH box sitting in the corner and I've bounced off it a few times trying to find a satisfactory scheme that won't burn me out. This looks really simple and effective, and I appreciate you making the effort to cover the process on both vehicles and infantry. You could probably adapt this to the new Epic 30K stuff without changing anything! Interested to see what you do next.
I love this scheme. I don't have access to an airbrush. Can the same principles be used for brush only painting maybe through glazing in some instances such as with the blue and warrior skin color? Otherwise, what would you change if translating to brush only?
LOVE this channel so much im so glad i found it. Will be painting iron warriors after my night lords.

I love your paintjob. I may take some inspiration once my loyalist IW army arrives in the Imperial Mail.

Amazing paint job!
Could you kindly do an eye tutorial? That one looks awesome!!
I was hoping for the same!
+1!
love it. Can't wait until you do world eaters with the army painter stuff.

Best iron warriors painting for an entire army ! Do you think it is possible to don't use airbrush for have the same effect on the armor ? :o
Drybrush metal if you don't have an airbrush. Gets a similar result and you don't have to wash recesses
Hey! Could you tell us how are your bases done? They look amazing!
Thanks in advance.
Could you do a video on using an approach like this for night lords please.
I know you said there is another video of how you did the glowing eyes but I cant seem to find it. I'd love to know how you did those eyes.
Could you skip the gunmetal altogether?
Man, it's a crime to give the sarge a power fist and not have hazard stripes on it.
